As Tsume took a closer look, she realised that Reko had indeed done something to his place. Her first guess was that it was a Genjutsu because of Kurenai's presence.

'No way! I am not letting a Shadow Clone do it! Never!'
Reko thought to himself as he hurriedly moved his chakra to dispel his Shadow Clone.
Technically the same body, but he could not let his Shadow Clone be inside one of his women.
It just didn't sit well with him.
How could a Shadow Clone just go ahead and do it? It had to be him. No one else but him.
'Dispel!'
The Shadow Clone disappeared from behind Shizune. But not before pointing Shizune to the direction of Reko's room.
'hmm? Shadow Clone?'
Shizune looked surprised as she saw Reko disappear from behind her. She realised that it had been a Shadow Clone all along.
Her teeth gnashed against each other and her eyes moistened for a second.
She was sad, disappointed!
A Shadow Clone had met her and not the real Reko.
She stepped forward, passing through the wall which seemed to be an illusion all of a sudden.
Surprisingly, her hunch was right. Her body passed through the wall, entering the room on the other side.
As she entered the hidden room, she found out that the owner of the room was present there.
Shizune glanced at Kurenai being pressed under Reko. Both of them were naked and hugged each other passionately as they copulated.
"So, she was the guest that was supposed to come."
Shizune coldly spoke as he looked at the uncaring Reko who was still positioned above Kurenai, pounding her.
"Haha!"
Reko laughed apologetically as he looked at Shizune entering the room. He had not expected the Genjutsu to destabilize for a second there.
In that small pause, Shizune got the sensation that the wall was fake and decided to enter, finding Reko and Kurenai in a compromising position.
But not like it was a problem. He just felt a little bad that Shizune had to find out in this way.
Reko stood up from the bed as he passed a bedsheet for Kurenai to cover herself with.
"Why are you so upset? This is not the first time you have seen me with someone else."
His face had a confident smile as he spoke, causing Shizune to recall some of the very early memories she had of Reko in the hospital.
During the training, she had indeed watched Reko with Momo quite a few times. It was just that she didn't expect Reko to know of this.
'Not the first time? But how did he know? I never mentioned it to him even after we got so close!'
Shizune's facial expressions changed instantly as she heard Reko's sentence.
She realised that she had never mentioned it to him. How could Reko know then?
Was there someone else? Other than her?
A very unlikely scenario, but a possibility indeed.
'What if… What if he was aware? From the very beginning??'
Suddenly, she thought of a more bizarre scenario. What if Reko knew it all along?
What if Reko allowed her to watch it even though he knew she was there?
With his outgoing flirt personality, this indeed seemed like a plausible scenario.
'Was I really spying on him or was he letting me watch it?'
She thought as she realised that she was not secretive in her spying. How could she?
Reko had been very strong from the beginning. In fact, from the moment she had met Reko, he had always been stronger than her.
So, it meant that Reko was always aware of her peeping habits.
Her face turned crimson red. She looked at Reko's face, his confident smile was all the proof she needed.
She could not look him into the eye, her shameful secret was let out.
On the other side of the room, Kurenai stared at Reko and Shizune talking to each other.
The words coming out from both their mouths were really surprising and shocking to her.
It was very difficult to get the context of the conversation.
'What? Shizune too? Since when??'
Kurenai stared at the figure of Shizune, looking ashamed. She was surprised that even Shizune had somehow become one of Reko's partners.
'And what did he mean by this was not the first time she was watching him?'
Kurenai thought to herself as she recalled what Reko had said.
Did Shizune have such a fetish? A peeping tom? Kurenai stared at them, her ears standing tall to hear the context.
She wanted to know what it was about. Was Shizune, the Hokage's personal assistant, a peeping tom?
She pulled up the bedsheet as she began rummaging her fingers in anticipation.
'What the heck?? Why did I even cover myself up with a bedsheet like I have been caught as a homewrecker?'
All of a sudden, she realised that had covered her body like a woman who had been caught having an affair.
She instantly pushed the bedsheet to the side and sat cross legged, waiting for the next revelation.
However Reko did not allow Shizune to reply, he moved closer, hugging Shizune as he tried to kiss her.
'Damn! This guy!!'
Kurenai cursed under her breath as she witnessed Reko grabbing Shizune before he pulled her into his arms.
He was not even bothered that she was right there in the bed, naked.
"No, not now!"
Thankfully, before Kurenai's temper erupted, Shizune herself showed resistance and said no to Reko.
She pulled herself out of his embrace and backed out. But not out of anger, she just couldn't process it.
She moved back to the wall, using her hands, she made sure that the wall was the fake part from where she had entered and decided to leave.
"I will be back later, when you are free."
Though, before leaving, she left a few words in a soft voice for Reko.
"Hah? Pretty shy!"
Reko looked at his hands and then at his erect member down there. He had pretty much pressed it against Shizune while hugging her, hoping that it would turn her on.
Unfortunately, she was too shy for it and decided to leave decisively.
