Reko stared at Naruto with wide eyes. He could not believe that this aura was just from the four tails.

Slowly, he began moving forward, closer to Naruto.

Jiraya warned, aware of Reko's intentions but he did not stop him. There was no need to. Reko was equal if not stronger than him by a large margin in a straightforward battle like this.
A perfect candidate to fight and train the Jinchuriki. If Reko had not taken the initiative then Jiraya himself would have asked for help in this matter.

Reko nodded to the warning but did not hesitate or slow down his steps. He continued moving forward.

He chuckled as he taunted, curious if Naruto would still be able to listen to his order and follow through.

Jiraya seemed to be following the interaction between them very attentively.
He hoped that Naruto would show restraint after what happened last time. As for Reko, he hoped that the young man would not underestimate the nine tails.

They did not wait, Naruto threw in his second claw and Reko countered with his fist once again. It stung but not that bad, his fists were quite strong even without the defensive technique.
Unfortunately, just two fists were not enough for him to battle against Naruto.
Naruto instantly used his tails to attack Reko, two tails from each side, intending to crush Reko from both sides, attacked. Their fists were still locked with each other as all of it happened in a fraction of a second.
"Nice try kiddo!"
Reko smiled before the tails were just about to squeeze him into a paste from both sides. There was no chance of him activating Sage Mode in that instant.
And teleporting away from that would send him to the closest mark which was kind of far away.
Instead, he chose to duck down. Just ducking down would not have been enough, but he was able to make a hole in the ground in an instant, easily escaping.
Two of Naruto's tails smashed into each other, creating a huge shockwave. However, Reko had already moved underground, a few meters away from the centre.

Everything quieted down for a second. The nine tails, Naruto under the chakra cloak, and Jiraya, all of them stared at Reko for a second.
Their eyes were full of surprise.
"What am I seeing?"
Jiraya rubbed his eyes for a second there to check if what he was seeing was okay.
"Isn't this too easy?"
He muttered, the Four-Tails was difficult to control, and more difficult to battle.
The method he had used to survive was using Fuinjutsu to restrain the nine tails chakra. But Reko? He was straight up beating the fox into submission.
Beaten to submission!!!
"Hey nine tails!! Are you going easy on him on purpose? Don't worry! I will not tag team with him to beat you up!"
Jiraya shouted from the back. He could not hold back teasing the fox.
How could he show his face? The fox was making him look weak. At least put up a good fight!!

Naruto was beginning to look more like a real fox. There were signs of muscles being made around his body, thin bones too.
"Hey? Aren't you supposed to use tailed beast bombs etc in the four tails form before going up?"
Reko looked shocked that the fox had decided to step in. If not for that, he believed that Naruto would want to practice more in the four tailed form.
He was not sure how he would fare against the five tails Naruto, but he sure was going to enjoy this fight.
