Beta and Epsilon were stunned, and Re was surprised by hearing it, she doesn't knows about Zero, because all the time she forgets him because of the curse, but she was actually surprised that Alpha would know the boy so much, she smiled... while Alpha couldn't stop herself and she kept on crying and Beta and Epsilon looked at each other... they just smiled and stood and hold Alpha's hand and said, "Ok, ok, we are sorry for laughing on him. Now come with us, we have some work to do."
And Alpha was shocked, even till this moment they are acting like that. She was becoming more angry from them and said, "Are you both monsters--" But now Beta and Epsilon were looking completely dead serious, and Alpha realised...that there's something to our work. Alpha looked down and she was still angry and would may never forgive them but she stood anyways, knowing that she has a work.
Epsilon tried to become normal and looked at Re and said calmly, "Hey, Sister Re, Alpha has some work to do, can you take care of Kin because Sister Eta and even Rem would be busy. Can you take care of her?"
Re was surprised, but she stood and she had no problem... because the night was going to come and she is always afraid of darkness, and if Alpha and Eta wouldn't be there then at least Kin would be there giving company and support to each other. Re smiled and nodded her head, "Sure, I will actually love to take care of her, she's a nice girl. But where is she?"
"Then come with us, Kin would be with Rem, there Rem and everyone will take our ways to work. And Alpha, cheer up yourself, we are going to do a big task today, and sad face doesn't suits you." Beta said and Re looked at Alpha but Alpha was angry and she didn't say anything and she started walking ahead without them.
Zero, Delta, Eclipse, Zeta and the Parasite King were still on the benches and waiting for them and Zero looked up at the sky and the night was almost there. Soon Rem and Eta came with Kin and everyone finally stood, realising that they will be leaving quickly for work now.
Alpha was walking ahead and Epsilon, Beta and Re were behind her, Alpha was still angry from them and they smiled and Beta said, "You are still angry from us, Alpha? So you think the moment he was slapped by Rehi, we were laughing about it?"
But Alpha gave no reply, and Epsilon just sighed and smiled, "...We were not, we were laughing at the starting by seeing your lovey dovey moments, that he wrote everything for you to top but he himself failed. It was cute, but we were thinking that nothing much would happen, until Rehi slapped Zero. That was shocking moment, and everyone wanted to stop it...but it was the only way to give an idea to Rem...and you know the idea..."
And Alpha was stunned for a second, looking down...
Re wasn't understanding anything, but Beta continued it, "...But Zero's behavior, his calmness and no reply made everyone speechless, even punishment didn't look like a punishment for others, and I think we all know Zero is like that...and that's why we laughed, we may don't understand him like you do, but if you are angry...then we are sorry, we can't say or do anything else. We are really sorry if it hurt you."
And Alpha looked down...and thought, it wasn't them actually, it was Zero himself who showed himself like that that they don't need to worry about him and knows he all alone can do his all work. It's common and it's Zero's fault himself...but what they can even do about it, Zero doesn't opens himself to others, or...he actually has nothing inside himself, his heart has became hollow and his mind rotten with one rule of his life, responsibility and orders.
Alpha sighed and finally looked at Beta and Epsilon who had walked a little bit far and she said, "...I am sorry..." Beta and Epsilon were surprised but they just smiled. "... it's all Zero's fault then..." And everyone started sweating, that innocent Zero...he is always blamed for everything, Alpha looked at them and they all laughed.
"Where are they..." Eta said, sitting on a bench and being bored but Alpha, Beta, Epsilon, and Re finally arrived and everyone finally stood and gathered.
Rem handed Kin to Re and said everything and each responsibility and instructions to Re, "...and don't give her chocolate at night, she loves it but it also has a time and don't let her overeat at dinner and only give her what you think is fine..."
Re looked at Kin on her arms and Kin was looking emotional, she wanted chocolate and now Re doesn't understand that whether she can do that or not but she just accepted it and the Lords, Rem, Alpha and Zero and the Parasite King finally started walking to their work and Re moved with Kin to play some board games to keep Kin engaged and enjoyable.
Alpha was walking next to Zero but having no courage to look at him and she was just looking down. Zero looked at her, confused, and asked, "...Did something happen, Alpha?"
Alpha realised that still Zero was normal to her and she looked at him with a little bit of shyness and asked, "...You aren't angry from me... because of me you had to face so much, I am sorry..."
Zero was surprised, "No, I am not angry from you. It's fine, and I am just happy that what was my motive, that was achieved, that you didn't fail...but thanks for asking... that's what Seven taught me to say."
Eclipse sighed and everyone laughed. And Alpha looked at Zero, and smiled...
"...I really wish...to everything end quickly... and we could come back to our normal life."
