The night arrived, it was the final time for the beginning for the first plan, for the first operation to start elimination once again. Zero picked up his mask which he hasn't use from a whole month and he smiled and looked at it.
Eta, Epsilon, Beta, Eclipse, Delta and Zeta were on their masks after a very long time and they looked at each other...and started becoming emotional, the mask was their identities for years, and after coming back on the floor of the same work and the same crime, but this time without anyone's lead, they are ready to walk in the game.
Alpha was looking herself at the window and her roommate was sitting on the bed, having nothing to do and she looked at Alpha and asked, "Are you going somewhere, Alpha? On a date or something?"
Alpha smiled and she started walking to the room door and the woman woke up and looked at her with curiosity and Alpha opened the door, the moonlight fell at the ground shining in the darkness and said, "Not a date, I don't think I will need to go on a date either. But I am going for a work, but you take rest, have your dinner and sleep quickly, don't wait for me or Sister Eta, we both will be busy."
The woman was surprised but Alpha started walking away after closing the door...and she smiled witha sweat and said, "Sure... you everyday go on a date, it's so common for you like a normal day...how will you even consider it as a date."
The woman lied on her bed again, looking up at the ceilings and she started thinking, "But as she said...Eta wouldn't be there, so maybe they both would have something to work on together. I will just hope they both do great and come quickly to me...they know that I am afraid of darkness and ghosts...right...right?" And she was now worrying if Eta and Alpha would have forgotten that she's afraid of it and doesn't comes and make her feel alone and the whole night she will be haunted by ghosts. She relies on them all the night and feel relaxed only when one of them is there...but no one is here for now.
Eta, Epsilon, Beta, Eclipse, Delta and Zeta were waiting outside the Academy at the forest area and Alpha came walking to them and they smiled. Alpha came in front of them, stopped and smiled and Eta came in front of her, gave a hand for an handshake and Alpha hold her hand tightly.
"You are the eighth companion of the team. Help us and follow the commands the one who will lead. But of course, you can give your own opinions on the ideas and plans, you are free for that."
"We can be late, can we start now?" But suddenly all the Lords smiled with a sweat and Alpha looked up at tree and Zero was standing on the top. The Lords thought that he would be late but he was all the time standing on the top of the tree and watching them all behind the leaves of the branches high above. They sighed and Alpha and Eta left each other's hands and Eta said, "Alpha, promise me, you won't become like him, right?"
Alpha was surprised, "Why-- I mean, what? It doesn't makes sense, I am me and it's he the odd one?"
And Eta explained, "I mean, whatever I said, include help each other and maintain teamwork. Zero never did, he was always a solo player and he would only interact on the orders...and it looks dangerous now, as we are depending on him on the plan...he is going to lead, you know that."
Alpha smiled with a sweat, realising that Zero is a little bit infamous for those things. Zero jumped and landed on the ground and looked at Eta and said, "I am still saying, you can take the Lead, it's you only who said me to lead, but still you are my Leader."
Eta just smiled at the end and she looked towards Zero and started walking to the forest and passed by patting on Zero's hair and said, "I know, I am still your senior. But as you have made plan, you can only imagine how the plan should be executed so we are relying on you. Just give us your instructions."
Eta moved ahead and Zero looked at everyone and explained, "The plan was already settled...so no one will talk during the whole plan, there's no hand sign because we will be quick. No one will talk anything, don't think to help each other and play the role you are assigned of, kill all the emotions for the plan...and that's all I would say for now."
And everyone was frozen...the instructions were too much serious... especially, no emotions? No helping? But Zero had said it earlier as well, the same instructions and thinking about it, there's only one perfect way to win, if they think and as they accepted it then previous time, this time also they agreed and finally everyone started walking.
The whole team was in front of a tunnel, a little bit far from the Academy, and Eta also handed a mask to Alpha and everyone was ready. Their weapons were in their hands and Zero started walking to the tunnel and his teammates took a deep breath and they all also started walking and following him. Alpha wore the mask and she looked back... and she was left frozen...
"...Delta and Eclipse weren't there...right...? Where...did they both go?"
Alpha joined her team quickly, and she looked at everyone, and Delta and Eclipse were actually not there. She started worrying, she wanted to tell but she couldn't because of the instructions...but she couldn't hold with anxiety she looked in front and Zero was looking at her...and Alpha got the answer, and she smiled.
