The Ordinary were the ones that were freely given to them by the academy, one of which White currently had.
It had poor living conditions, and the runes barely absorbed even the minimum amount of energy.
Going above that was the Rare category of buildings, and those were on a higher level.
The rooms were manageable, but even more importantly, compared to the Ordinary-grade runes, the Rare-grade runes absorbed a minimum of 10x better energy.
But the prices went from free to the cheapest being at 350 points!
The prices increased based on the design of the space, reaching up to 750 points.
