This was indeed a major problem.
The current Naruto had completely gone off track.
But soon, Shinho came up with a solution.
In the future ninja world, the Daimyō would hold authority above the Hokage.
In his plans, the Hokage would be similar to a shogun from his past life, essentially a military general. If Naruto became Hokage under this structure, it wouldn't be much of an issue.
The real question was, who would be the next Daimyō?
But thinking about that now was still too far ahead.
"Did you check on Jiraiya's side yet?"
Tsunade raised her cup and asked.
"No."
Shinho clinked his cup against hers and smiled.
"I came to see you first, of course!"
"Should I be happy about that?"
Tsunade smirked.
Her flushed cheeks made her look like a ripe peach, ready to be bitten into.
As she swirled her drink, her loose top swayed dangerously, teasing a glimpse of what lay beneath.
Shinho swallowed hard and downed his drink in one go.
"Your two little girlfriends are over there. Aren't you going to check on them?"
Tsunade exhaled warmly, a faint scent of alcohol mixed with her natural fragrance, wrapping around him like a spell.
Shinho's heart skipped a beat.
But surprisingly, Tsunade's reaction remained calm.
…What was this situation?
"What's there to rush?"
Shinho replied confidently.
"Kirigakure's forces are nothing special. Their defeat is inevitable."
"Speaking of which, do I get a reward?"
Tsunade suddenly straightened her posture.
Her mature curves leaned forward, her long, shapely legs subtly tensing. The smooth line from her hips to her back was mesmerizing.
"What kind of reward do you want?"
Shinho leaned in.
Her intoxicating scent became even stronger.
"Shouldn't a Hokage take the initiative to give out rewards?"
Tsunade gazed at him, licking her lips.
Shinho immediately understood what kind of reward she wanted.
Setting down his cup and chopsticks, he reached out, wrapping his hands around her waist.
With a gentle but firm motion, he lifted her up.
"What are you doing?!"
Caught off guard, Tsunade let out a small yelp.
But her airborne state lasted only a second before she found herself sitting in his lap.
"Feeding you dinner."
Shinho's hands traced her waist, deftly undoing the sash of her robe.
The moment Tsunade lost the restraint, her clothing slid off, leaving her feeling a sudden chill.
She shot him a glare.
Can't we just eat normally?!
But in the end, she didn't resist.
Tsunade lifted her hips slightly, revealing her smooth, porcelain-white legs.
There was nothing in the way.
Her snow-white skin was almost blinding to look at.
Shinho couldn't help himself from wrapping his arms around her soft waist.
"Aren't you supposed to be feeding me?"
Tsunade glanced down, smirking as she shifted slightly in his lap.
Their eyes met, both exhaling softly at the same time.
Their chemistry was seamless, as if their bodies had been made to fit together.
After a few seconds, Shinho picked up his chopsticks.
He lifted a piece of chicken cutlet and brought it to her lips.
Tsunade's sultry gaze locked onto him as she opened her mouth.
Her tongue curled around the piece of food, slowly drawing it in.
Shinho's pupils contracted.
His blood rushed violently, his heart pounding.
"Mm? Naughty bastard."
Tsunade let out a soft hum, her body trembling slightly as she chewed slowly.
"You can't blame me for this."
Shinho's left hand slid lower, landing on her soft, round backside.
It was incredibly plush, yet had the perfect amount of firmness.
"This time, I want fried shrimp."
Tsunade parted her lips, her breath warm as she spoke.
Shinho nodded.
He picked up a piece of fried shrimp and brought it to her mouth.
She gripped down.
Shinho tried to pull his chopsticks away, but they wouldn't budge.
She was holding on with her teeth.
He had to apply force just to free them.
…What a grippy devil!
Shinho couldn't help but grit his teeth.
Tsunade, seeing his reaction, wriggled slightly, a smug smile on her lips.
Too cocky!
Shinho's mind stirred as he suddenly reached for a grilled meat skewer from the table.
Just as Tsunade leaned in to take a bite, he let go.
The piece of hot meat dropped onto her body.
Tsunade froze.
It was a little hot, but not unbearable.
The real issue was, this brat did it on purpose!
Just as she was about to react, she suddenly heard his voice.
A sincere-sounding apology.
"Sensei, I'm sorry."
Shinho immediately lowered his head and spoke with sincerity.
"I'll take care of it right away."
Tsunade's body tensed up.
She finally realized what he was trying to do.
Her hands instinctively pressed against his head.
Taking turns eating?
But in this situation, she had the upper hand.
After all, one mouth couldn't compete with two.
"Alright!"
Shinho lifted his head, a mischievous glint in his eyes.
"All clean!"
"You little brat."
Tsunade exhaled softly near his ear, her breath hot and teasing.
Shinho's body shuddered.
It felt like an electric current had passed through him, a tingling numbness spreading across his skin.
"You're completely different from before."
Shinho looked into her misty, wine-hazed eyes and sighed in admiration.
"Which version of me do you like more?"
Tsunade asked playfully.
Her flushed cheeks deepened in color, her fair skin now glistening with a thin sheen of sweat.
"I like both."
Shinho reached out and pinched her delicate cheek.
"Let's keep eating."
Tsunade smirked meaningfully.
"I have quite an appetite, you know."
Shinho understood that all too well.
In some ways, Tsunade's appetite even surpassed Hinata Hyuga's.
Glancing at the table, Shinho picked up another piece of fried shrimp.
But before he could bring it to her mouth, Tsunade leaned forward slightly, using her thick thighs to support herself as she bit down on the shrimp directly.
She smiled in satisfaction before settling back down.
"Getting a little full right about now."
Tsunade gently rubbed her slightly trembling stomach.
"Sensei, didn't you just say your appetite was bottomless?"
Shinho chuckled.
"That was just the start!"
Tsunade glared at him, took a deep breath, and scolded, "Keep serving!"
"Yes, ma'am!"
Shinho sat up straight, looking at her ever-more enticing expression, and got serious.
Tsunade narrowed her eyes.
This brat!
He was always up to something.
She shifted her position slightly, chewing on her shrimp.
This meal lasted a long time.
Given who they were, no one dared to rush them.
So, thousands of shinobi waited silently outside.
…
"Are you full, Sensei?"
Shinho set his chopsticks down and looked at Tsunade.
She was completely drunk, from her cheeks to the tips of her ears, her skin glowed with a deep, warm red.
Her eyes were hazy, as if covered by a layer of mist.
Sweat glistened on her forehead, trailing down her elegant neck, before dripping onto Shinho's skin.
Her lips parted slightly, her breathing soft and uneven.
"Mhm."
Tsunade's voice was barely audible.
She looked down at herself.
Her fair skin shimmered, glistening with a subtle sheen of moisture.
With every breath she took, her body quivered slightly.
Throughout the meal, Shinho had "accidentally" dropped food multiple times, forcing him to "clean up".
"What time is it now?"
Tsunade's expression suddenly changed, as if she remembered something important.
She tried to get up, but her body lacked the strength.
"About one-thirty in the afternoon."
Shinho replied casually.
"No need to worry. Letting everyone rest a bit longer is a good thing."
"You're full of nonsense!"
Tsunade glared at him with her misty, wine-stained eyes.
"What nonsense?"
Shinho spoke with confidence.
"You defeated Iwagakure. You worked hard for this victory. As the Hokage, it's only right that I reward you!"
"..."
Tsunade was completely defeated by his shamelessness.
Sure. But she'd rather have the reward in cash.
After resting for a few more minutes, Tsunade finally stood up, leaving Shinho's embrace.
For a brief moment, her gaze was hazy, but she quickly snapped back to clarity.
After all, there were still thousands of people waiting outside.
"Coming up with an excuse is your job."
Tsunade pulled on her robe, covering her exquisite figure.
"Do you want me to help you sober up?"
Shinho asked with a smirk.
"Do you have a death wish?!"
A vein popped on Tsunade's forehead, forming the infamous "井" mark.
She instinctively raised her foot, her face a mix of anger and embarrassment.
Even though, after this long meal, she actually was sober now.
"Then let's talk about serious matters."
Shinho's gaze flicked toward her raised foot, only centimeters away from him.
"What serious matters?"
Tsunade asked instinctively.
"I'm the Hokage."
Shinho chuckled lightly.
"If I don't say anything, who would dare to question me?"
"..."
Tsunade really wanted to step on his face.
What kind of shameless Hokage was this?!
"You can clean this up yourself!"
Tsunade planted her bare foot on the carpet, arms crossed as she stared him down.
"Easy."
Shinho Blue Sky Well Gu.
He tossed everything inside, ensuring a perfect cleanup, with no traces left behind.
"You're awfully skilled at this."
Tsunade sneered.
"How many times have you done this?"
"Sensei, you wrongfuly accusing me!"
Shinho immediately feigned innocence.
"This is truly the first time I've had a meal like this."
Tsunade recalled the earlier scene, and her heart skipped a beat.
Damn it… so embarrassing.
She had no idea how she ended up like this.
"Let's go."
Tsunade turned and stepped out of the command tent.
Her golden eyes scanned the area, all other tents had already been taken down, and even the ground was cleared.
After all, eating a meal didn't take two hours.
Suppressing her lingering awkwardness, she turned to Mikoto.
"Mikoto."
Tsunade kept her expression neutral.
"If everyone is rested, let's move out."
"Understood."
Uchiha Mikoto nodded.
"Tsunade-sama."
Karin couldn't hold back and asked, "Where's Shinho-kun?"
"I'm here."
Shinho appeared, holding a scroll.
"I was discussing some important matters with Sensei, so I was delayed."
Karin pouted in disappointment.
She had been waiting for Shinho to talk to her, but he never showed up.
Tsunade glanced at her, for some reason, she felt slightly amused.
Messing with the wrong grass always leads to trouble.
"I'll make it up to you when we get back to Konoha."
Shinho leaned down and whispered softly.
Karin's face lit up with a joyful smile.
"Sensei."
Shinho smiled and said, "You all head back first. I'm going to Kirigakure."
"Alright."
Tsunade's expression turned serious.
"Be careful."
"I will."
With that, Shinho flashed into golden light and vanished before everyone's eyes.
Karin stared longingly after him.
"He's already gone. What are you looking at?"
Tsunade asked.
"..."
Karin snapped out of it, feeling a little embarrassed.
In her heart, Tsunade was Shinho's mentor, which meant she was her mentor as well.
And a teacher is like a parent.
In fact, Karin firmly believed that Tsunade already approved of her and Shinho being together.
"Hmph… brat."
Tsunade snorted, then walked to the front of the group.
Karin scratched her head.
She felt that Tsunade's attitude toward Shinho was a bit strange.
But she couldn't quite put her finger on it.
In the end, she chalked it up to their strong teacher-student bond.
…
Land of Fire, Eastern border;
A thick mist rose over the endless ocean.
"They're coming?"
Kiba whispered.
The heavy fog had completely dulled his sense of smell.
Fortunately, his two teammates were excellent at scouting.
"They're from Kirigakure."
Hinata's voice was steady.
Unlike the shy girl she was around Shinho, right now she was sharp and focused.
"And there's a lot of them."
She continued, her Byakugan activated.
"About two thousand."
"Two thousand?"
Shino Aburame thought for a moment.
"Sounds like a vanguard landing force."
Kirigakure might be the weakest of the Five Great Villages, but they could still mobilize five to six thousand shinobi if needed.
Just then, a small toad, about the size of a fist, suddenly appeared before them.
"Shino-sama."
The toad spoke in human language.
"Jiraiya-sama requests your presence."
"I'll head over now."
Shino wasn't surprised.
He was, after all, the leader of the Aburame Division.
If Jiraiya was calling him, it must be to assign an important mission.
Shino turned and left immediately.
Kiba and Hinata also didn't stay, they went to report the situation to Shikaku Nara.
…
"Jiraiya-sama."
Shino lifted the flap and stepped inside.
"What's the situation?"
Jiraiya asked.
"Kirigakure's two-thousand-man vanguard force has already gathered at sea."
Shino replied.
"They're using the mist as cover. I expect they'll attack soon."
"With the Hyuga Clan and the Ino-Shika-Chō formation here, there's no need to worry."
Jiraiya nodded with a smile.
"What would be the Aburame Division's role?"
Shino asked, noticing that Jiraiya hadn't mentioned them yet.
"Kirigakure's main camp is definitely at sea."
Jiraiya said after some thought.
"They have the home-field advantage. Normal shinobi can't approach, but you guys can."
The Aburame Division's Sage Mode was special.
Because it relied on parasitic insects, it granted flight.
"Understood."
Shino didn't hesitate to accept this highly dangerous mission.
"I look forward to your success."
Jiraiya grinned.
"Once we hit them from both sides, Kirigakure will be doomed."
He knew just how terrifying Sage Mode was, which was why he devised this strategy.
During the previous Ninja War, Kirigakure's Seven Swordsmen had launched an ambush.
But now, the tides had turned.
It was Konoha's turn to strike.
"The only real problem is Kirigakure's Six-Tails Jinchūriki."
Jiraiya paused before adding,
"If things get critical, I'll have the toads from Mount Myōboku assist you."
"Understood."
Shino nodded.
In his view, the Six-Tails Jinchūriki was strong, but not stronger than a battalion of Sage Mode users.
However, he wasn't Shinho, so he wasn't reckless enough to outright dismiss Jiraiya's concerns.
Instead, he accepted the backup plan without any argument.
