Chapter 331 - Chapter 328: Let's Go Play in Space!

Chicago, Kahn Estate.

While large-scale anti-crime operations were being carried out across the U.S. and most of Europe, Josh was relaxing at home, sparring fiercely with his wife.

Yes… this "battle" wasn't anything else—it was a real physical training session.

Margaret threw punches at Josh with the force of over a thousand kilos each, while Josh didn't fight back, only blocking her blows with his arms.

Nearby, their three children of different ages cheered Margaret on as if it were a fun show, clearly hoping that their mother would give their father a good beating.

Of course, this wasn't a real fight or argument between the two of them—it was actually a sparring session where Josh was training Margaret.

Even before they got married, after drinking the Elixir from the Pool of Eternal Life, Margaret had already realized that she was no longer an ordinary person.

As Josh's wife, Margaret wasn't blind or deaf. Over the years, she'd seen and heard enough to understand that her husband had powers beyond imagination—after all, even building a city on the moon was something far beyond what normal people could do.

Of course, living in such an environment, Margaret couldn't help but become curious about the supernatural world.

Especially after becoming close friends with Peggy Carter and hearing about her adventures, Margaret became even more interested.

Still, in the earlier years, she had to take care of their three children, so she didn't have the time or energy to think much about it.

But now that the kids were older—Mike and Carol were both eleven, and little Ben was six—and with a house full of helpers like Francesca, Margaret didn't have to worry so much about running the household.

So, she began pursuing strength and training herself.

Josh was more than happy to help his wife get stronger.

And since she was the most important person in his life, he couldn't just give her ordinary powers from gene serums or other basic enhancements.

Right now, the best source of power was the same as his—divine blessings from the powerful being Tiamat.

And since it would be inconvenient to travel back and forth, half a year ago Josh took his wife and children to the island of Fuerteventura, now considered a sacred place by the Ouroboros organization, to meet Tiamat in person.

Because Josh was Tiamat's chosen one, she generously gave her blessing to Margaret and their three children.

After receiving the blessing, Margaret still couldn't match Josh's ridiculous strength, but by Asgardian standards, she could already be called a goddess.

At least she was no weaker than someone like Sif.

And those like Peggy Carter, whom Margaret once admired, were now no match for her—though, thanks to Josh's advice, Margaret made sure not to mention that to her friend.

The only downside was that while Margaret now had a powerful body, she didn't have any real fighting skills at first.

But after six months of hands-on training from Josh, she'd become a solid fighter—he even gave her his old broken steel sword that had just been lying around after he'd gotten the Sword of Rupture.

And actually, she hadn't completely avoided real combat…

To help his wife build courage, Josh specially built a gladiator arena in Silvermoon City—formerly known as Attilan.

Attilan was the name given by the Inhumans, which Josh didn't like. Since he had some high elves under his command and the city was on the moon, he simply renamed it Silvermoon City five years ago.

The new name matched the style of the high elves better too, and worked well for further influencing them.

In the Silvermoon City arena, Margaret had made her first real kill, even achieving a "Hundred Dragon Kill"—over a hundred ferocious meat-eating dinosaurs had fallen to her sword. So even if she hadn't killed a human, she had definitely seen her share of blood.

Compared to that, not much had changed with their three kids. That was something Josh had specifically asked Tiamat to do when she gave her blessing—after all, children weren't mentally mature yet, and giving them too much power too early could cause problems.

So their powers would not be fully awakened until they turned eighteen.

"Ugh, I'm done. This is boring!" Margaret stopped attacking after another failed attack, sounding a bit frustrated.

"How can you say that? Your skills have improved a lot—you're getting harder for me to handle," Josh said with a smile, pulling her into his arms to comfort her.

"Oh, please. I'm not stupid. You obviously didn't use much strength," Margaret rolled her eyes, enjoying the hug but obviously not buying his words.

Even though she now had the power she once wanted, Margaret had a new problem—she had nowhere to use it.

There were a lot of superpowered people on Earth now, but 99% of them worked under Josh.

And you couldn't just ask those people to spar with the boss's wife. Not only would they probably lose, no one even dared to try.

Josh was the only one who could match her, but he always held back and played around because his power was still far above hers and he didn't want to hurt her.

As for outsiders like Peggy Carter, it wasn't an option either, because everything had to be kept secret.

It was all a little frustrating.

She was also tired of fighting dinosaurs and beasts.

Since his wife was unhappy, Josh had to do something about it.

"How about this, Margaret—let's go have some fun in space!"!" Josh said after thinking for a moment and looking at her youthful face, which had become even more beautiful thanks to her power.

After all, it wasn't really that she couldn't use her power anywhere. It was just that her life had become a bit boring.

With access to technology far ahead of its time, her family had explored almost everything Earth had to offer.

They'd even visited parts of the solar system like Saturn's rings.

But because the kids were still small and safety was a concern, Josh hadn't thought about going farther.

But now… it was time.

"Go to space?" Margaret was immediately thrilled by the idea.

But Josh's next words surprised her.

"Yeah, just the two of us," he whispered in her ear with a playful grin.

Meanwhile, the three kids on the sidelines were still trying to figure out what their parents were whispering about—completely unaware that they were about to be "abandoned."
