Above Punk Hazard Island.
Countless black-and-red streaks of Inazuma lightning twisted and cracked through the air like angry vipers, giving off a terrifying and violent energy.
Each bolt of Inazuma carried a destructive force strong enough to tear the island apart.
At first, Ryuen thought the World Government's human enlargement experiments were being done only on prisoners or maybe innocent civilians.
If that had been the case, maybe he wouldn't have gotten this angry.
But when he saw that even children were being used in these experiments, his rage exploded.
These kids were only a few years old. There was no way they were criminals. They were just innocent lives—and yet the World Government used them as lab rats.
It was disgusting.
Just to chase some so-called success in human enlargement experiments, they were willing to sacrifice these young lives. They had completely lost any sense of humanity or basic morals.
Everything they did filled Ryuen with both anger and deep sorrow.
"Hey!"
"Ryuen! Turn off your Conqueror's Haki! You're gonna wreck the whole place!" Nojiko shouted.
Hearing Kuina's warning, Ryuen took a deep breath and slowly pulled back his aura.
Reina and Sugar were holding each other tightly.
They were already timid to begin with, and now, seeing something this horrifying, their bodies were still shaking.
"These people... they're monsters," Hog said through clenched teeth.
"They're beyond cruel. Using innocent children for experiments—this is unforgivable!" Anya said, her voice filled with anger.
"I kinda wanna cut someone…" Kuina rested her hand on Wado Ichimonji.
"Ryuen, everyone... we have to tell the world what's happening here. People need to know the truth about the World Government!" Nami's voice was firm and full of fury.
Her eyes were burning with fire—justice itself seemed to blaze inside her. She couldn't stand what the World Government had done.
"That's right!"
"We have to expose this!"
Everyone else agreed, sharing the same feelings.
They all believed this matter couldn't be hidden and had to be made public so the world would know. Each of their faces showed anger and determination.
"Leave this to me. No matter what it takes, I'll expose the cruelty of the World Government," Morgans said firmly, his voice calm but serious.
Ryuen nodded silently, showing his support for Morgans' decision.
He believed Morgans could handle this tough task and also hoped that revealing the World Government's crimes would make more people pay attention and reflect.
Morgans then walked over to the subordinates who had been knocked out by Ryuen's Conqueror's Haki and took the cameras from their hands. He started taking photos of the frozen test subjects in front of him.
He carefully adjusted the angle to make sure every detail was clearly shown.
Every time he pressed the shutter, he was recording the World Government's crimes—and showing respect to the victims.
After finishing the photos, Morgans picked up a notebook and began writing a news article.
His pen moved quickly across the pages, and words flowed out like a stream.
He described the lab's scene, the pain the test subjects went through, and the World Government's crimes using vivid and clear language.
Every word carried his anger and sense of justice.
He hoped this article would wake up people's conscience and draw wide attention.
"Everyone else, keep going. Pack up everything we need, then we leave," Ryuen said quietly as he turned to the group.
"Okay~"
Everyone nodded.
They got back to work right away—there were still many devices in the lab that hadn't been taken.
Ryuen walked out of the base alone.
As time passed, the sun began to set, and the sky turned orange-red.
Night was about to fall.
All the data and equipment from the lab had been packed into Nami's other space.
By the shore, Morgans was ready to leave.
"Morgans, when you get back, move your headquarters to the new Sky Island. Sky Island is pretty hidden already, but just in case—our Sky Island is still safer," Ryuen told Morgans seriously.
"Gahahaha~"
"Got it. Don't worry, I care a lot about safety!" Morgans answered right away.
Then he boarded his ship and left Punk Hazard.
"Pururururu~"
Hearing the Den Den Mushi ringing, Nami quickly pulled out a bunch of them and found the one that wouldn't stop.
The rest of the team looked over at her.
"It's a call from Vice Admiral Garp," Nami said, looking at Ryuen.
Hearing it was Garp, everyone in the team frowned.
After what happened today in the lab, they honestly didn't feel any good will toward anyone from the World Government—including the Marines.
"Moshi moshi, Vice Admiral Garp. What do you want from us now?" Nami answered calmly.
"Wahahaha!"
"From the way you sound, I guess you already know what happened on Punk Hazard. I'm calling just to say—those things had nothing to do with us."
"The human giant experiment was run directly by the World Government, and the test subjects were found by their CP group."
"Sengoku and I knew you'd definitely reveal all of this."
"But Nami, when you do, we hope you can try not to drag the Marines into it. The Marines are slowly finding their way back to real justice."
"Isn't Fujitora joining the Marines proof that you still believe in us?"
"Right?"
"Ryuen." Garp said everything he wanted to say to the Dream Team in one breath.
"Garp!"
"You old guys should know better than anyone what kind of group the World Government really is!"
"That's why I want to ask you."
"If the World Government gives the order to destroy another island, what will Akainu do? Will he carry it out like before, without hesitation?" Ryuen took the Den Den Mushi from Nami and asked coldly.
Robin's body clearly tensed up at those words.
"Wahahaha~"
"Looks like you're really angry this time. As for your question, I promise—Sakazuki will never be allowed to make that kind of choice again!" Garp replied seriously.
"Is that so..."
"Vice Admiral Garp, I hope you mean it. Otherwise, I'll do everything I can to make the whole sea see your Marines as enemies!" Ryuen said coldly.
"What a cocky brat... Got it, that's all!"
