- Originating from the Bloodborne universe, it is a perfected state of blood cursed by madmen who sought to use the blood of eldritch beings hidden deep beneath the city of Yharnam to cure any disease. Once believed to be a myth by the city's inhabitants, this state of eldritch blood enables one to become an Old One upon completing certain requirements.

- A mutation ability to retain a custom-made physical vessel without needing consent. This vessel does not prevent supernatural abilities from being rendered unusable nor being reduced in potency.

- A mutation ability that acts like a "filter" against the supernatural perceptions to disguise the person as anything they desire, including Humans. Unlike most other abilities, this filter cannot be broken by any external force nor be rendered unusable by mind control.
