'Okay I really hope this isn't some fever dream.' I express in my mind as I feel a light weight on my left forearm that goes from my wrist to mid forearm.
'EEE, THE ULTIMATRIX ! ! !' I squeal in my head loudly like a sixteen year old girl whose parents bought her a pink Cadillac before she even has her license to drive.
My suspicions of when and where I am are…mostly confirmed as I spot Qui-Gon-Jinn and Dooku walking down the exit ramp of their craft both seem to spot me and start to approach
me.
'Honestly this seems like the best possible time for me to be inserted into the timeline, there's no definitive answer but the episode Justice should takes place somewhere between sixty and forty-eight BBY, I'm more partial to these events taking place in 60 BBY…so I have to roughly 19 years till Anakin Skywalker is born, but other than that I am without any knowledge on what major events happen in between now and 32 BBY besides the revolution on Mandalore, The invasion of Naboo and the births of Padmé Naberrie (Amidala) Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano's birth.' I said out loud to myself not sure if I was trying to talk myself out of or into inserting myself this early into events.
'Ahh, Shit I have a more immediate problem.' I curse in my head as I hear the crunch of burnt remains underneath the duo of Jedi's boots as they come to a stop in front of me.
"Hello there." Qui-Gon Jinn greets me with a friendly grin on his face and I wave to him as Dooku looks at me inspecting and I don't even bother to move my hands to cover my rather well endowed figure and penis, as he unclasps his hooded cloak and offers it to me.
"Greetings Jedi, and thank you for the use of your cloak." I return Qui-Gon's greeting and greet Dooku at the same time as I rather thankfully take Dooku's pro-offered cloak and cover my front with it as I stand up and very skillfully put it on correctly and keep from giving them any more of a show.
"You are most welcome…though…I'd appreciate the reason for why you were out here and bare except for the holocom device on your forearm." Dooku replies to me his voice sounding rather intrigued at my situation while his apprentice Qui-Gon lightly rolls his eyes in an amused/exasperated manner.
"Master…I believe I have some spare robes on the ship…and a pair of boots…" Qui-Gon interjects as I open and close my mouth a couple of times while trying to figure out a way to explain my predicament.
"Go Gin, please explain to me your situation so that we can properly aid you." Dooku insists lightly but I can tell that if I continue to stall my situation…could become very hostile.
"To be honest with you Master Jedi…I am unsure as to how I got here…it was like a dream that's just out of reach…" I reply to the Jedi Master Dooku.
"My most recent recollection so far is waking up to the sight of the dark sky seeing the damages to what I assume was once a beautiful forest and soon after your ship's landing." I continue to explain as honestly as I can.
"Hmm…you find yourself in quite the predicament…you may accompany my apprentice and I, as we complete our business on this planet…I assume this is not your world if you require a ride off planet you are free to join us and we'll drop you off anywhere on the route to Coruscant…or you can travel to Coruscant with us." Dooku offers kindly but I can't help but feel like he has ulterior motives.
Qui-Gon soon rejoins us with a set of black Jedi robes, "They might be a little large…small in places but they should serve you well until you can get some clothes for yourself." Qui-Gon says to me as I gratefully take the articles of clothes from him and I start to dress.
Both master and apprentice turn their backs to me as I get dressed, finding Jedi robes to be rather comfortable…though Qui-Gon's boots are a bit narrow for my wide feet but they fit well enough.
"I'm dressed ready when you are Master Jedi and Apprentice Gin." I say to both of them as I pull Dooku's cloak's good over my head as Qui-Gon looks over his shoulder at me and winks and Dooku begins to walk.
"My name is Qui-Gon Jinn…but Jinn is fine.." Qui-Gon says to me and I quickly introduce myself, "Shane…my name is Shane and it is nice to meet you Qui-Gon Jinn…your clothes are much appreciated." I give Qui-Gon Jinn my sincere gratitude.
"Think nothing of it…it is the way of the Jedi to help and protect those in need…This is my Master Dooku…he's a bit stuffy but reliable." Qui-Gon says to me earnestly before turning a bit playful as he introduces his Master.
'Hmm…I think I got lucky at being inserted in at this point, as it allows me to make some connections with Qui-Gon and the future pawn leader of the Separatist warmachine Dooku, connections that I can and will most likely and use later on down the line.' I mutter in my head I look around seeing nothing but some more burnt forest and live forest before coming upon a derelict town that looks like it also suffered damage in the fire that affected the forest.
I watch in morbid fascination as some droids work the area near the town where remains of burnt down buildings are retrieving anything that is salvageable along with charred remains of the dead…
"Master, do you feel that as well?" Qui-Gon asks his Jedi master Dooku…and I couldn't help but think I could feel the pain of those who lost their lives and those still living as I feel a tear slip from the corners of my eyes.
"Yes, my apprentice, I feel them as well…but I feel no true hostility from them." Dooku replies to his apprentice…as I spot people pointing guns…blasters at us from inside the buildings that were unaffected by the fire.
"Typically blasters being pointed at us mean hostility, Master." Qui-Gon replied as his hand drifted near his lightsaber.
