After taking their seats, Nancy stepped forward.
"Now we begin the second meeting. First thing I should tell all of you is—well done." She smiled at the evolvers for what felt like the first time. She, too, knew the future problems they could have, and she knew it wasn't going to be easy.
However, these evolvers had done their part, and it was time to let them know where they stood. Even when it wasn't their shift, they went out to level up in their own ways, and the general level of the camp kept increasing.
"The second thing is, even if you felt like you hadn't been watched, you were. Your leadership skills, power level, and decision-making are all among the reasons for your positions today. And for those who accumulated a high number of deaths or made bad decisions, you will likewise be evaluated. For those who aren't selected, if you turn out to be better than your leader, you will take his or her position. So don't be discouraged."
