As the territory of the royal clan, Edinburgh isn't particularly famous across Britain.

It wasn't until Queen's Calendar year 400 that Queen Mab established Edinburgh, giving the royal clan a permanent home.
Within Edinburgh, not only do the Northern fairies reside there, but also many Southern fairies who fled and wandered to the North.
