Li Jiuhong is the Tower Master of Thunder Tower. For so many years, he has hidden his true self well. The old man's appearance is just a clone, and many believe that he is the real Thunder Tower Master.
No one knows, always following not far from the clone, the Tower Master of Thunder Tower's most prized disciple, is his true identity.
Originally, Li Jiuhong didn't intend to come to the West Desolation. However, after something happened to Immortal Mountain, an old fellow approached him and asked him to put some pressure on Tang Ming.
There was no choice, since the old fellow had shown kindness to him. Hence, he had to come to West Desolation City to act as a City Lord.
After all, unlike those eight ambitious guys, as the only Tower Master from Jiulong Tower who enjoyed role-playing, he always liked to seek benefits for his subordinates.
So, the subordinates of the Thunder Tower Master are very loyal to him.
