Above the Sea of Suffering, the sound of the bell echoed as numerous figures flew out from the stars and the Great Sun, descending toward the Dharma Platform located at the Fifth Heaven.
The Dharma Platform was actually a Buddha Mountain, where Bodhisattvas and Arhats continued to manifest. Each sought a place of their liking, some sitting leaning against a pine, others lying horizontally on stones, all embodying the True Intent of freedom and liberation.
On several mountain peaks, rays of light fluctuated. It was hard to see the True Body of Bodhisattvas within the light unless approached closely. However, the few tallest peaks were silent, with no Buddha appearing.
Shanle sat on a grassy patch at the boundary between the mountainside and the foot of the mountain. This was a gentle slope, and further up lay some unusual stones, ideal places for sitting and listening to the teachings.
