Driving around the villa vicinity, it looked quite good here. There were no cameras on the roads, but traces of cameras were found both in front and at the back of Rick's house, making it hard to enter unnoticed.
For someone in a high position like Rick, it's impossible not to have installed surveillance and various alarm systems at home. Trying to sneak in through the doors or windows would likely trigger a silent alarm, and the surveillance main system might not even be in the room but saved remotely in his office or such places.
Jimmy drove away and found a restaurant by the roadside on Rick's way home. While having dinner, he waited, hoping to see Rick's car; if not, he would sneak over at night.
