At the entrance of a certain military harbor, the number of stern sentry posts has doubled compared to the past. Each guard is armed and vigilantly observing the surroundings. Every incoming vehicle must hold a special pass; otherwise, entry is absolutely prohibited. The sudden increase in the level of alert has caused inconvenience to many, but no one dares to complain, and they have no choice but to drive away.
A black car slowly approached. Inside, everything was obscured by dark curtains; it was impossible to see who was seated inside. It had a regular civilian license plate, the kind that normally shouldn't be entering this military restricted area. Many people at the entrance curiously watched as the car drove closer, and some kind-hearted individuals signaled it to turn back, to avoid trouble.
