"Master Jishi!"
Liu Dajiang shouted.
It alarmed the people inside the side room.
The originally tumultuous sounds quickly quieted down.
"Why did he return?"
"Get dressed, hurry, if he finds out about our relationship it will all be for nothing."
The two people in the room hastily got dressed.
When the door opened, a woman in pajamas appeared first.
A bald monk was kneeling on the ground, seemingly meditating.
"What are you doing here?"
Liu Dajiang was taken aback looking at the woman opening the door.
It was his wife Sun Li.
Sun Li's expression was somewhat unnatural, she explained.
"You, didn't you want a son? I never got pregnant, so I came to ask my uncle to chant some prayers, perform a ritual, and see if we can let mom hold a big grandson."
Once he heard about his mother, Liu Dajiang didn't care about how his wife got there.
He rushed directly to the old monk sitting cross-legged on the floor.
"Master Jishi, how is the situation now?"
