Liu Zhizhong didn't organize his speech, he just improvised it.
The other leaders were all reading from scripts, some even read it wrong, but it didn't matter much.
When Liu Zhizhong started speaking, there were people who were shocked in the audience. The leaders on stage were also quite surprised!
It seems the new mayor really has some skills.
However, after Liu Zhizhong finished his introductory pleasantries and started delivering the substance, everyone was shocked!
Liu Zhizhong said:
"I know what kind of town Linxi is, its economic, cultural, and political ecology, I have a clear understanding."
"In such a place, it's not right to say there's no hope, and definitely not despair. Because here, there are thirty thousand elders and folks surviving, accompanying us, and also expecting us to bring them some welfare and services."
