Ten minutes later, White Feather Chicken appeared punctually at the door of the lounge.
"Niu Ma, let me in."
It said.
"If you want to come in, just come in, do you really need me to carry you in on a sedan chair?"
Niu Ma rolled its eyes.
White Feather Chicken ignored it and strutted into the lounge like an emperor entering its chamber.
"Hello, big brother."
It greeted the Big White Goose with a reserved tone.
"Hello, chef. Thank you for making this trip."
The Big White Goose said with a beaming smile.
"A favor owed must be returned, just like you, big brother."
White Feather Chicken replied lightly.
"Indeed. While working in the restaurant is comfortable, it's not truly free; for many things, we have to rely on others."
The Big White Goose sighed.
It had firmly decided to retire in the restaurant, so it was more open about certain things.
"Let's begin, the kitchen is busy at this hour."
White Feather Chicken had no intention to chit-chat.
