He walked back and forth several times, searching for secret doors and hidden passages, even circling around Building 7 to check for tunnels, but he still couldn't find the way to the basement level.
"They can't just be digging through the floor and then patching it back up, can they?"
Liu Zheng was at a loss for words.
It's a good thing he wasn't actually here for a delivery, otherwise he would have started tearing up the floor by now.
With no other options, he had to return to the entrance gate.
"Hey sir, how do I get to basement 102? I've been looking forever and still can't find the entrance."
Liu Zheng offered a special cigarette to the old security guard.
"That's what you get for running off without asking first. Panicking, aren't you? You're young, take your time and do things properly. It's only because it's me that I'm willing to help you out. Anyone else would just love to see you make a fool of yourself."
