Liu Zheng said as he walked out of the clinic.

He took a deep breath, then pushed hard, and his body instantly left the ground.
Next, he gently exhaled, and an invisible force lifted him up, slowly ascending.
"Don't fly too high, there might be a problem above 5000 meters."
Doctor Nile reminded him.
Liu Zheng nodded while exhaling, indicating he understood.
Actually, Doctor Nile didn't need to remind him; forget about 5000 meters, he might not even reach 500 meters.
Liu Zheng tried to increase the flow of his breath, and sure enough, the speed of ascension increased accordingly.
