The two got out of the car and stood under these industrial giants, appearing particularly insignificant.
"Your share is 'stored' here."
Avanti pointed to the massive oil storage tanks in front of them, "Now, the question is, how do you turn it into the weapons, food, and medicine you need?"
He looked at Song Heping with meaningful eyes: "Do you have sales channels?"
Song Heping shook his head and said honestly, "No. This is what bothers me the most. My connections are all in the arms and security fields, oil... it's a whole different sector. I still need your guidance."
Avanti seemed to have expected this answer. With his hands behind his back, he walked and talked, his voice drifting amidst the tremendous industrial noise: "Under the extreme pressure from the Americans, transporting the oil out to exchange for urgently needed materials and foreign exchange is a war itself. Conventional channels are basically locked down, so we can only rely on unconventional means."
