Elizabeth greeted everyone with her beautiful smile and her gaze.
"It's a pleasure. I know some of you will be curious about how this place works. So I wanted to offer to come and guide you around." Elizabeth let out an amused laugh, then looked at Victor again before quickly looking away.
"That would be very helpful," Melissa replied immediately, although her tired gaze did not show the emotion behind her words.
Stephen, who was standing behind her, noticed the brief, indirect glances Elizabeth was giving Victor, and he could only smile secretly. He didn't have to talk to her to get her to pursue Victor. This was perfect for him. If Victor met a human and fell in love with her, then everything would be as it should be.
