"Miss One?" Valery murmured as she looked at the vampire in front of her. She hadn't expected to see her here. Although she had asked the twins to call the vampires under her command, she hadn't expected them all to be familiar faces. In fact, one of the reasons she hadn't asked them to come out earlier was because she wasn't sure if they were loyal to her.
But she decided to take the risk. She could imagine that this was a preparation made by her other self. But even so, she couldn't help but feel doubtful and cautious. They seemed to know her, but she didn't know them.
The vampires arrived quickly, each with unimaginable power, many of whom Valery had fought and killed. Some she didn't even know and only remembered the battle she had fought against them, others she vaguely remembered as if only in this timeline had they been able to see so much.
