Lucas scrambled to his feet and swept his gaze around.
He didn't see any enemies.
All he saw was Luca standing in the middle of the hall, watching him from the corner of his eye.
"Where's Blood Dragon? Don't tell me he's already escaped?"
Lucas asked, a hint of puzzlement in his voice.
Luca had just opened his mouth to answer when he felt a surge of overwhelming power hurtling toward Lucas.
"Move! Now!"
He shouted the warning while activating his flaming magic runes.
A blazing fireball shot off in Lucas's direction.
Lucas flinched, startled.
But his instincts still made him dodge.
