Robin saw the man from before approaching and looked at his mom.She noticed and asked,"Are you finally tired and can go to sleep.Or am I that beautiful today?"Robin rolled his eyes,"I'll go with the second,a potential suitor is coming!"he chuckled
Han Yu had just arrived at the table.
"Excuse me Miss Li.Can I talk to you for a minute?"
Qinghao shot his son a look,in her eyes it said,'deal with this.'
But Robin also silently replied,'No!he is quite handsome actually.'
Sighing internally,she turned and looked at the man and remembered him from outside.
"Sure,how can I help you Mr...."
Before Han Yu could reply,she was called on stage and he was left with the boy.
"You know you are actually quite shy.But I'll have to ask you to not disturb her or I won't be nice.But you are handsome.Am Li Robin Yang.And that is my mom,Li Jade Qinghao."Robin spoke so eloquently,Han Yu began to doubt whether the boy was really ten.He was more curious as to maybe he was the boy's father.
"I am Han Yu.CEO of Han cooperation.We are supposed to be having a partnership in a week and I thought,why not get to know each other."Robin smiled and asked him to sit down.
Robin then shifted his attention to his mom on stage.He had just finished approving the required document before the whole drama with Lui Lixi began.
"Li Cooperation is actually based in New York but my son who is also my manager asked,'Hey boss why not expand the business back home.'And I thought,why not.Our company wants to help the community in this country so in a week we will have a collaboration with Han Cooperation so as to know the best way to build a bigger company here.So maybe you are all wondering why a ten year old boy is a manager of company,so he will have to answer that himself.I invite Like Robin Yang,manager of Li Cooperation to say a word."She then stepped away from the mike waiting for the boy to come towards it.The mike had to be unplugged from the socket considering how short he was.
"Hello good people of X country.I am ten years old this year and this is my first time coming home.To be honest it feels kinda strange you know.Ooh,I forgot to introduce myself.I am Li Robin Yang.I am here son."He said pointing at his mother.
He said looking at his mother. Han yu also looked at his wife.
But his wife couldn't remember a thing about him.
After Robin made his speech,she talked to a few people and turned to leave.
Outside,she was followed by Han yu.
"It's ok !Mr Han .you don't have to follow me."She said to the man.Who seemed like he couldn't hear a word she was saying.
Her chauffeur brought her car around.
" I'll be seeing you next week."She said and turned to leave.
Han yu snapped out of his trance and asked the most ridiculous question.
"Miss Li.Are you single?"
Qinghao stopped to look at him.She sized him up.He was handsome,she'll give him that but she had a son and was not planning to stay here for long so she said.
"I have my son's father.Does that answer your question?" She said with a cold smile.
Han yu was devastated.The child wasn't his? He didn't realize when the two, mother and son had left.He was still in a daze.
"Mom,why did you lie to him?"
"I didn't lie.I just didn't say the whole truth.I mean,I do have your dad it's just that he is not with us.Loopholes my son. Learn to use them." They left to their hotel.
