The conflicts involving angels, demons, Lucia, and the succubi had all been settled. Liam's struggles with college, money, and his ordinary life had also been resolved a long time ago.
On top of that, Harem House, which had eventually grown into Harem Village, was finally complete. Every adjustment they could possibly want had already been made.
In other words, there was no reason not to get married now. It was the perfect opportunity to officially solidify his relationship with the entire harem and make it eternal through a beautiful, grand wedding ceremony.
