I made my way to the door, and opened it
'... Huh? Ino?'
Turns out, it was Ino. Looking at her, we were probably the same age, and that means I'm in a point in time where the cast is still youngings
"Oh! Um, I didn't know there was someone here! I'm sorry!"
Ino said, her high-pitched voice was quite cute to hear. It seems she must have mistakenly assumed that there was no one here
"It's quite alright"
I responded, realizing her flustered expression right now. Ino then looked at me, her head tilting to the side
"You don't... Mind it?"
"Yeah, though I'm a bit surprised that someone would show up. Who are you?"
I asked, tilting my head to the side, mirroring her actions. Obviously I knew who she was, but just to avoid any suspicion, I'll treat her as a stranger for now
"Oh! I'm Ino Yamanaka, nice to meet you!"
Ino enthusiastic announced her name with a bit of proud energy behind it
"I see, nice to meet you Ino. I'm Kazekai Tensho, but you can just call me Kazekai"
I replied back, saying my name also
"I'm sorry if I disturbed you or something. I just finished applying for the ninja academy with Mom and Dad!"
Ino said happily
'Oh? It seems I've been transmigrated right on time where the ninja academy can start to accept new kids in the academy. Based on my memories... It seems I was supposed to be ready to also apply for the academy, I guess I should do that next'
I thought. But then, I sensed a particularly large chakra reserve making its way toward us
"Ino! Where have you been? We've been looking for you, you silly girl"
The voice echoed loud enough for Ino to hear, as she turned around and saw her Dad and Mom making their way towards her
Though strangely, as I observed Ino's dad across from here, my eyes can clearly see past him, physically. The eyes see what's in front by capturing light that reflects off objects. This light enters through the cornea and pupil, gets focused by the lens onto the retina, where light sensitive cells turn it into electrical signals. These signals travel through the optic nerve to the brain, which interprets them as images
But that's just the normal human eye. In this particular world where human anatomy has the same basic principles that we can interpret back in my world, there's one crucial detail that sets the difference between the two. And that is, the chakra energy
Combining that with a human body, and give it a few decades, if not centuries to develop and adapt. It will undergo restructuring, no, not restructuring. It's the same body like any other, though what's different is the energy seeping throughout the body. In turn, leading to mutations that can reach even into the sub-atomic level of cells that make up the body. Strengthening it in various ways depending on how an individual chooses to use and evolve their body in a way
That's maybe the reason why in this world, there are various unique traits among people in different regions and in different clans and families. Their ancestors evolved to have a unique trait that was passed on to generations, and while yes, everything did came from Kaguya Otsutsuki, and it was all possible because of her. But that doesn't mean that everyone will have her entire abilities and traits, that's why the passing of the torch to the future generation, will in-turn split those unique attributes much less. Like it's slowly withering away. For example, say the Senju Clan
There's always one thing that people associate The Senju Clan with since Hashirama came to be, and that was Wood Release. Everyone concluded that it was a Senju trait that only they could possess, but could it be possessed by everyone in the Senju Clan? No, unless you harvested Hashirama's cells and activate the Wood Release forcefully, it's most likely that no one has obtained this power. And as time slowly moved forward, their ancestors genes and traits are slowly being splitted up and being withered amongst the future individuals
And while yes, Hashirama might just be the last Senju ever to have Wood Release, because he is after all the reincarnation of Ashura Otsutsuki, the first branch of the Senju Clan and most likely the first wielder of the Wood Release as well. But still, it's weird that only Hashirama ever possessed such trait, yet people associate that with the entire Senju clan
But to summarize, I think my body is undergoing some sort of extreme mutation on the sub-atomic level. Is it the system's doing perhaps? I'll ask later, because right now, I could see everything so vividly and clearly. Everything that was in my field of vision, all of those data were immediately collected by my brain, processing it at an absurd speed
'I see... His Dad is quite powerful, but not necessarily an over the top elite forces of the village... Is this what my eyes can do?... I can even see their chakra network, something only the Byakugan could do, but I don't have their transparent vision... Huh? Why does it feel like... Everything is so slow'
I thought to myself, as the my surroundings became more slowed. Particles that the normal eye couldn't see, even with improved vision, I can see. It's a strange and unfamiliar feeling seeing the environment like this
"Dad! Don't worry, I was just wandering around. And look! I found a friend!"
The bright and energetic blonde kid said with a wide smile, as both her dad and mom made their way next to her. Their body faced directly towards me, as they looked at me for a second, then just smiled casually
"I see, hello there young man. What's your name?"
Her dad asked with a smile
"Nice to meet you sir, I'm Ka-
"His name is Kazekai Tensho dad! It sounds cool!"
Ino cut me off first, as her dad just looked at me with a bit of a sorry expression. I looked at him, and at Ino as I just nodded. Understanding what he was referring to, atleast from what I can tell
'Hmm, Kazekai Tensho?... It's not a household name here in the village, then he must be from a civilan background'
Inoichi thought. He then looked inside of the house that I was in, noticing an absent feel
'It seems empty... Oh, I see. He must be alone then... Poor kid'
He thought, looking at me with a bit of pity. I noticed his immediate change of expression in his eyes, most likely noticing my situation
"Well, we should go back my dear. We still have to go to Choji and Shikamaru right?"
Inoichi said to her daughter, and her eyes opened wide. It seems like she forgot about it
"Oh yeah, I forgot about that! Let's go then!"
Ino then started to leave, but not before greeting me goodbye
"Oh, goodbye Kazekai!"
And she trailed off, her mother soon followed as she excused herself to me. I greeted her goodbye, as Inoichi just looked at them with a contempt smile
"Well, it was nice knowing you Kazekai Tensho-kun. I hope my daughter didn't cause too much trouble to you"
Inoichi said, scratching the back of his head
"Likewise sir. And she wasn't at all causing any trouble"
I replied, as he nodded
"Then I'll be off for now. Oh, and just call me Inoichi, no need for sir. It's a bit embarrassing, especially for a child to call me that"
Inoichi said, as he waved his wand and started to leave. I just bowed respectfully, looking at his leaving figure one more time, before going back in.

"What a nice child... Unfortunately, for his situation to be like that... "
Inoichi muttered to himself, as he trailed off. Pity started to overtake his judgement towards the child. He could only sigh seeing another unfortunate child like him
'Though, he seems to be handling it much more than what I expected from a kid with that situation... I guess it really took a toll on him. I just hope he reaches far in his life'
Inoichi thought. Wishing that one day, the kid would turn his life around drastically.

"Why do I feel like someone is giving me an entire pitying monologue?"
I said to myself, but then shaked off that feeling
With now more time to myself, I can test out the rewards I got from the System
When I first got the the rewards 'Shadow Clone Jutsu', 'Taijutsu Adaptability', and 'Shuriken and Kunai proficiency'. A vast and never ending knowledge and concepts started to fill my brain
Earlier, I tried to prepare myself mentally for the incoming mental attack that I thought would show. But, it didn't. The knowledge flowed, but the pain non-existent
Thinking about this now, it's very much surprising that no brain overload began
"Hey, System. Do you know why I didn't get any sort of brain overload when I started to get knowledge of the rewards you gave me earlier?"
I asked, seeking answers from the System
[Yes, user. It is because of your peculiar Eye Power.]
The System said
"What? Eye Power? I have that?"
[Yes, even before I started to serve you. Do you want me to elaborate a bit about your power?]
"Please, enlighten me"
[Your Eye, let's call it for now the "Decision Eye"
When activated, the user's pupils fracture into glowing concentric rings, each rotating in opposite directions.
For anyone watching, it feels like time slows not because time actually does, but because the user always acts at the exact, perfect moment.
Instead of seeing what others will do, it shows the user what they themselves should do next.
Every move, every reaction, every word. Your eye chooses the one that leads to the best outcome the user desires.
It's like seeing your next step before even thinking about it.]
The System explained thoroughly and concisely. I didn't expect this kind of power was possible for me to get, let alone even before I transmigrated
Not to mention what the System said, that even before it arrived to help me, my eye power was manifested within me. Basically, I could've had this back in my world

A surge of power and energy starts encapsulating you, as your eye starts its endless void of power.
It reveals to you the best possible way to achieve the result of an action to your intent.]
As I listened to the words of the System, I started getting the main idea of what this power can do. It's extremely overpowered to what I have gathered, showing exactly the actions I need to do in order for me to get the results that I intend for in any situation? This could be applied to anything, as endless possibilities seemed to be more plausible with this sort of power
"I see... This certainly changes everything now"
I mumbled, as I also now learned the reason why I didn't have any mental freeze when I received those knowledge of the jutsus I obtained
Now understanding the overall situation I'm in, I decided to try out the Shadow Clone jutsu
Using the appropriate handsigns, I gently materialized the necessary chakra I need. Using just the right amount of chakra and control as to not waste any, and making sure to perfect it
And as I did the last hand sign, a poof of smoke appeared beside me. A good chunk of my chakra was split into the newly created shadow clone with perfect execution
With such masterful way of materializing chakra, this was both the help of my Sage Talent and my eyes
I looked at the clone, nodding at my first try. It was flawless
"Heh, feels like old times. Why settle or be satisfied with something by learning it, when you can perfect it..."
I smiled, as I dispelled the clone. I can toy around with it later, but for now, I'll apply for the ninja academy first.
