Chapter 67 - My new house

Lisa then looked as she spoke. "Oh, one thing for you, Cutie, a gift from us".

Aether looked at them as he spoke. "Sure, what is it?".

A few minutes later, the 7 of them, Aether, Eula, Amber, Lisa, Noella, Paimon and Luminis, were in front of the big House as Lisa gave him a key, as it was in an open field next to the dawn winery.

Aether was shocked as he spoke. "You guys got me a house".

Eula then spoke. "Our house, dear, plus you and I can't be living in the Knight Of Favonius dorm rooms forever now, can we?".

He looked at the machine as he spoke. "How did you pay for this".

"They didn't pay for this; they built and helped".

He turned his head to see Diluc, and Diluc Walked up to him as he spoke. "It seems the Golden Knights finally got his own house, for him and the woman in his life"

Aether blinked, momentarily speechless, as he looked at the house before him. The house stood in a peaceful open field, with the distant hills of Mondstadt visible in the background. The wind gently rustled through the tall grass, and the soft glow of the setting sun made the house seem like it had always been there, waiting for them.

Eula smiled softly, standing beside Aether, her hand resting on his arm. "We thought it was time," she said, her voice warm but with a hint of teasing. "After all, you and I can't keep living in the Knights of Favonius dorm forever. We deserve our own home, don't we?"

Aether looked at Eula with a mixture of gratitude and surprise. "I didn't expect this... You've all really outdone yourselves," he said, his voice full of awe.

Amber, standing next to Lisa, beamed at him. "It was a team effort! We all pitched in, with a little help from Diluc, of course." She winked at Diluc, who nodded with a small smile.

As Aether turned to Diluc, he raised an eyebrow in disbelief. "You... helped with this? But how did you—?"

Diluc, in his usual calm manner, nodded. "I didn't just help with the construction. I also made sure the house was well-supplied and fully furnished." He glanced at the house, his gaze thoughtful. "It's not just a house—it's a home, Aether. Something that will allow you to build new memories with the people you care about."

Aether stood there for a moment, processing everything. The reality of having a place of his own, one built not just by hands but by the love and care of those around him, was overwhelming. He glanced at each of his wives and Paimon, who stood beside him, smiles on their faces, their expressions full of pride and happiness.

"I... I don't know what to say," Aether said, his voice slightly hushed. "This means so much to me. You've all given me something I never thought I'd have."

Noelle, who had been quiet until now, stepped forward, her voice gentle but sincere. "Aether, you've been through so much for all of us. You've fought for Mondstadt, for your family. We wanted to give you a place where you can rest, where we can all rest and be together. This house is for all of us, not just you."

Luminis, wrapped in Eula's arms, flapped his tiny wings and chirped happily. "Mama, Papa's gonna love it!" The little dragon boys voice was filled with innocence and excitement, his eyes wide as he looked at the house.

Aether smiled softly at his son's words, his heart swelling with emotion. "Thank you," he whispered, before turning to the key in his hand. "I'll take good care of it. It's not just a house—it's a new beginning for all of us."

Lisa walked forward with a teasing smile, her eyes gleaming with a mix of amusement and affection. "We know you will, Cutie," she said, her tone playful. "It's about time you got a space to call your own, away from all the craziness of being a hero."

Paimon, hovering next to Aether, crossed her arms with a proud expression. "That's right! Now you've got the perfect place to rest and relax after all the epic adventures. Plus, it's pretty close to the Dawn Winery, so you'll have great neighbors!"

Amber laughed, giving Paimon a playful nudge. "Not to mention, Mondstadt is just a short glide away, so you won't be far from your friends."

Aether took a deep breath, feeling the weight of everything that had happened and the happiness that surrounded him. This house, this moment, was the symbol of the new life he had built. It wasn't just a physical place—it was a place of safety, love, and belonging.

"I'm lucky to have all of you," Aether said, his voice filled with gratitude. He looked at each of the women, his eyes softening. "And I promise, I'll do my best to make this home for all of us."

Diluc, who had been standing silently watching the scene unfold, nodded once more. "It's a good place to start. Take your time, Aether. Let this be your foundation for the future."

As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the new house, the group stood together, taking in the moment. Aether could feel a new chapter beginning, one that was filled with possibilities.

It wasn't just a house—it was their home. And it was perfect.

Noelle smiled warmly as she watched Aether turn the key and unlock the door to their new home. "Ok, I think enough is enough," she said, her voice full of excitement. "Let's check out the house now!"

Aether grinned as he pushed the door open, and with a gentle creak, the entrance to their new life was revealed. As they stepped inside, Eula immediately flicked a switch, and the lights came to life, illuminating the spacious and well-decorated interior.

The house was beautifully designed, with a clear sense of elegance and comfort. The living room was large and inviting, furnished with plush sofas and chairs, perfect for relaxing or hosting guests. The walls were decorated with a soft, warm color scheme, creating an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Aether couldn't help but feel a wave of gratitude wash over him as he took in the space, knowing that this would be their new home.

"This place... it's beautiful," Aether said, his voice quiet but filled with awe as he walked further into the room.

Amber, who was already admiring the decorations, clapped her hands together with excitement. "It's perfect! I can totally see us all living here."

Noelle stepped forward, her hands clasped in front of her as she surveyed the room. "The size is incredible. It feels so... spacious." She turned to Aether with a smile. "This is definitely a good place to settle down."

Eula nodded as she moved further into the house, her expression content. "It's a lot bigger than I expected. There's plenty of room for us to grow and make memories here."

They moved through the house, exploring every corner. The second floor had seven rooms, each carefully designed with individual touches. Aether's eyes lingered on the room for Paimon and Luminis, both with distinct characteristics that matched their personalities. Luminis' room had walls painted in a calming shade of blue, and it was filled with tiny trinkets and plush toys, a little sanctuary for the little dragon.

"Looks like Luminis has his own little space," Aether said, glancing at Eula. "I think he'll like this."

Eula smiled fondly. "I'm sure he will. He'll be able to rest comfortably here."

The room next to Luminis' was designed especially for Paimon. It was filled with soft pillows, bright colors, and all the things that made the little floating companion feel at home.

"Finally, a room that's all for me!" Paimon exclaimed with excitement as she fluttered inside, inspecting every corner. "This is amazing! I can already tell I'll be spending a lot of time here."

Aether chuckled at her enthusiasm before turning toward the heart of the house: the room in the middle of the third floor. It was larger than the others, designed with elegance and love, a space built not only for him but for all of his wives. The central room was open and airy, with large windows that let in the light from outside. The walls were painted in soft, neutral tones with accents of deep blue, creating a sense of harmony. There were multiple spaces within the room, providing both shared and private areas, ensuring that everyone had their place.

Noelle looked around, her eyes shining as she took in the carefully thought-out details. "It's perfect," she said softly. "It's a space for all of us, together."

Aether stepped into the room, feeling a sense of completion as he imagined life here with his family. "It feels like home already," he said, his voice filled with emotion. He looked at Eula and the others, his heart full of love. "We'll make this place ours."

Lisa, standing beside him, smiled mischievously. "I think the house will be upgraded soon enough, though, don't you think?" she teased, her tone playful. "Maybe a few more rooms, in the future, to accommodate... other family members."

Aether chuckled at the suggestion but couldn't deny the truth behind it. "We'll cross that bridge when we get to it," he said, looking around the room with a soft smile. "For now, this will be perfect."

Amber, her voice light and playful, added, "Who knows? Maybe some more little dragons will be joining us soon!" She laughed as she caught Paimon's eye, both of them giggling at the idea.

Noelle smirked as she stood near Aether, looking out the window to the fields beyond. "I can see it now. All of us, living here, growing old together. It'll be a place where we can leave behind the battles and chaos, and focus on the love and happiness we share."

Aether nodded, his gaze softening as he looked at the others. "Exactly. This is our new beginning."

As they all stood there, together, a sense of peace settled in the house. It was more than just a building—it was a place where they could create a life filled with love, laughter, and memories. Aether's heart swelled with emotion as he realized that, for the first time in a long while, he could finally stop running and truly settle down.

Aether then looked at Lisa as he spoke. "I gonna guess that there is a Library here as well".

Lisa chuckled as she spoke. "Oh yes, Cutie, it is for use, a perfect place for us to have our Private~ moments~ don't you Say".

Aether blinked, a faint blush creeping onto his cheeks as Lisa's teasing words hung in the air. He turned to face her, a playful smirk tugging at his lips as he caught the mischievous glint in her eyes.

"Private moments, huh?" he said, his voice teasing. "I have to admit, that sounds... intriguing."

Lisa's lips curled into a knowing smile, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Well, you know me, Aether," she said softly, stepping closer to him. "A good book is never enough for me. I always prefer a little... personalized reading material."

Aether chuckled and shook his head, though the warmth in his smile was unmistakable. "I suppose I'll have to check out this library of yours then. Can't miss out on those private moments."

"Trust me, you won't regret it," Lisa purred, her voice smooth like silk. "The library is stocked with more than just books. It's the perfect place for us to... unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet together."

Noelle, who had been quietly watching their exchange, raised an eyebrow, a faint blush coloring her cheeks. "You two always seem to have something up your sleeves, don't you?" she remarked, trying to keep a straight face but clearly amused.

Amber let out a playful laugh, nudging Noelle gently. "I think they're just getting started. Who knows what else this house has in store for us?"

Paimon, who had been hovering nearby, giggled at the scene. "Aether, you might have to get used to this! It's always going to be full of surprises with Lisa around!"

Aether sighed dramatically but couldn't suppress the smile spreading across his face. "Looks like I'll have my hands full, then."

Lisa gave him a soft, sultry wink before stepping back, her usual calm and collected demeanor returning. "Just be sure to visit the library soon, Aether. There are plenty of... interesting books waiting for you."

Aether nodded, the playful tension lingering in the air as he looked around their new home once again. The warmth of his family, the quiet joy of being with those he cared for, and the promise of new adventures all filled his heart.

"We've got a lot to look forward to," he said softly, his voice carrying a mix of excitement and contentment. "This house, this life... it's just the beginning."

And as the group continued to explore their new home, laughter and lighthearted teasing filled the air. It was a perfect start to a new chapter in their lives, with each of them eager to see what the future would bring.

Later that night, Aether went to sleep with his wives around him, as he was back in the white Void.

Aether looked at Asmody as he spoke. "So, what do you want to talk about?"

Asmody looked as she sighed, as she looked at him. "Noting, really, just wondering something: would you like to make a deal?".

Aether raised an eyebrow as he went to her. "And why would I make a deal with you?"

Asmody looked as she spoke. "Because something tells me you are going to need it".

Aether spoke looking at her. "What is the Catch".

Asmody's smile grew as she spoke. "No catch, just the fact I want my freedom".

Aether looked at her as she spoke. "What do I get from this".

She moved her hands, as the Cubes started to float around her. "A bit of my powers, so are you ready?".

Aether looked at her as he spoke. "..... Fine, but some ground rules".

Asmody smirked as he spoke. "What is it".

Aether smirked, looking at her. "No using me, always telling me the truth, no half-truth either, no lying, and you give full details on how to use these powers".

Asmody laughed as she looked at him. "Fair enough, let's do this".

Aether the spoke. "So do you just shake my hand or?".

He was cut as she grabbed his face. Kissed him on the lip.

Chu~💜💜💜💜~Chu.

Ding!

[Host has made a contract with The Unknown God Asmody]

Ding!

[Host has gotten a new Skill.

Divine Cubes]

Aether blinked in surprise, his mind racing as Asmody pulled back from the kiss, her smirk widening in satisfaction. The brief, intimate moment left him slightly disoriented, though he quickly regained his composure.

"Well... that was unexpected," Aether muttered, rubbing the back of his neck as he looked at her.

Asmody chuckled softly, her gaze unwavering. "I told you I wanted my freedom, Aether. And now you have a taste of what it means to make a deal with me. But, don't worry, I won't be using you. At least not in the way you're thinking." Her voice was low, a playful undertone threading through her words.

Aether frowned slightly, still processing the sudden shift. "So, about the power you mentioned... What exactly is this Divine Cubes?"

Asmody Smirked as she summoned her Red Cubes. "What do you think?"

Ding!.

[Divine Cubes: Allows Host to summon and use Asmody Cubes, these Cubes can be used to black, make things, seal people, attack and Absorb Attacks, and much more, depending on the Host, these have the Chance to trigger the 1 Million Tiem Ceri Effect]

Aether blinked and looked at Aether. "So, um, quick Question: was the Kiss Necessary?".

Asmody smirked as she spoke. "No".

Aether back as he spoke. "Hey, I am a married man".

Asmody rolled her eyes as she spoke. "You have 5 Wife's".

Aether flushed slightly at her words but quickly composed himself. "That doesn't mean I want to go around kissing anyone else," he muttered, though there was a hint of amusement in his voice.

Asmody chuckled again, her expression softening just a little. "Relax, Aether. I know what you're capable of, and I respect the commitments you've made. The kiss was just... ceremonial, part of the deal. Trust me, I'm not looking for more than that. Besides, you'll be dealing with my powers now, so that kiss was just the formal part."

Aether nodded, still a bit uncertain but reassured by her words. "So, these 'Divine Cubes'... can I use them however I want, or are there limits?"

Asmody's eyes glimmered with mischief as she summoned one of the cubes in her palm, letting it float and spin. "There are limits, of course. But the potential is vast. You can use them for offense, defense, or creation—anything that fits your needs. They're extensions of my power, so it's not just about destruction. You'll find them quite versatile."

Aether thought for a moment before asking, "And these '1 Million Times Crit Effects'... does that apply to the cubes as well?"

Asmody's smile widened. "Ah, now you're catching on. Yes, those effects can trigger when you use the cubes, making your attacks or creations significantly more powerful. But don't get too reliant on them—they're unpredictable, and the more you rely on them, the more chaotic their results could become."

Aether processed this, a mixture of curiosity and caution on his face. "Sounds... powerful, but dangerous."

Asmody's expression softened, almost kindly. "Only as dangerous as you let it be. Use them wisely, and they'll become an invaluable tool. Misuse them, and you'll regret it."

"Got it," Aether said, his voice serious now. "I'll be careful."

Asmody nodded, her eyes lingering on him for a moment longer before she glanced toward the vast white void surrounding them. "I suppose you've got a lot ahead of you, Aether. The world is vast, and your journey is far from over."

Aether's gaze followed her line of sight, the weight of her words settling in. "Yeah, I know. But at least now I have a bit more power to handle whatever comes next."

Asmody smirked once more. "Power, huh? Don't forget, it's not just about the power you wield but how you choose to use it." Her expression grew distant for a moment before she shook her head. "But that's something you'll figure out. You're a smart one."

Aether gave a small, wry smile. "I'll do my best. Just—stay out of trouble while I figure this all out, alright?"

Asmody chuckled. "Trouble? Me? Never. But you might want to keep an eye on the others. You've got a lot more than just your wives watching over you now."

Aether raised an eyebrow. "What do you mean by that?"

Asmody only smiled cryptically, her form beginning to fade into the white void. "You'll see. In time."

With that, she vanished, leaving Aether alone in the vastness of the void. He stood there for a moment, reflecting on the deal he had just made, the powers now at his disposal, and the unpredictable path that lay ahead.

Back in the waking world, Aether awoke, his mind still swirling with the conversation. He glanced around at his wives, peacefully sleeping beside him, and let out a quiet sigh. The future was uncertain, but with the new power he had gained from his contract with Asmody, he felt a renewed sense of determination.

He would protect them. He would protect Mondstadt and all the nations. And with the Divine Cubes now at his command, he had a feeling that this journey—this adventure—was only just beginning.

But for now, he allowed himself a moment of peace, the soft glow of dawn creeping through the window. It was time to face whatever came next.

And with that, Aether closed his eyes, ready for the challenges that awaited him in the new day.
