Ritsuka then lipted his hand as he spoken. "Glutiny".
Ritsuka's words echoed through the fog, and in an instant, the air around them began to shift. A deep, oppressive energy surged from his hand as the spell of Gluttony took effect. The very essence of the cursed fog seemed to warp and distort, as if the mist itself was being devoured by an insatiable force.
A vast, invisible maw appeared in the air, consuming the mist, the dark creatures, and even the lingering traces of cursed magic. The atmosphere grew lighter, the oppressive energy beginning to dissipate as the corrupted entities shrieked, consumed by the spell's unrelenting hunger.
Kadoc blinked, his eyes wide. "What... what just happened?"
Ritsuka lowered his hand, the glowing aura of Gluttony slowly fading away. "That's one way to clear the air." He smirked at the stunned looks on his team. "I have a few tricks up my sleeve."
Mash looked around, her shield lowered slightly, her breath calming as the tension in the air vanished. "That was... impressive, Senpai. But what was that exactly? It felt like the spell was eating everything around us."
Ritsuka stretched, clearly pleased with himself. "Gluttony is one of the Seven Deadly Sins spells. It works by devouring all things that are corrupted or twisted by negative energy. It's not exactly the most elegant solution, but it's effective."
Kadoc shook his head in disbelief. "Only you would have a spell that eats everything in its path, and somehow, make it work for us." He muttered under his breath. "You really are a walking disaster."
Ritsuka chuckled. "You say that like it's a bad thing." He turned his attention back to the now-clear streets of London. "Anyway, looks like we've dealt with the mist and the ghouls. Now, let's figure out what's causing all this chaos. I'm betting it's something big."
Da Vinci's voice crackled through the comms again. "Ritsuka, I'm picking up a large magical signature not too far from your location. It's… unstable, and growing by the minute. You might want to head that way."
Ritsuka nodded. "Thanks for the heads-up, Da Vinci. Alright, team, you heard her. Let's go see what's cooking. And Kadoc," he added, looking over his shoulder with a grin, "try not to get zapped by lightning this time."
Kadoc scowled. "I'm not going to let you get all the fun, Ritsuka."
As they continued through the now-cleared streets of London, the energy around them grew heavier. There was a force, darker and more ancient, gathering nearby. The spell of Gluttony may have cleared the immediate threat, but something much worse lurked in the depths of the city, and Ritsuka could feel it. The real battle was just beginning.
The group ran, as Ritsuka felt another smaller one as he stopped, the trio looked at him, as he activated a Teleportation spell sending them to that are
Ritsuka then chuckled. "That one is in there pay grade, probably a normal servant I will deal with this one"
He went to the place that Da Vinci said the enegry was, as he found a Knight on an armoured, there was no mistaking her she was Salter, but she was older and even looked more Mature if the two big boobs were anything to say
[ Insert image of Artoria Lancer Alter here ]
Ritsuka looked at her and wishlist at her. "Your hot".
Artoria stopped and looked at her, her yellow eyes meeting Ritsuka blues. "Who goes there".
Ritsuka chuckling as he turned of his invisible the speel rabbit foot was turned of as he looked at her. "Name is Ritsuka Fujimaru, pleasure to meet you, you must one of the servant Goetia summoned King of Storm's correct".
Artoria ready her spear her ready to attack. "What are you".
Ritsuka laughed as he let out his dragon wings. "You try and gess".
In all honesty, Ritsuka was not going to kill, probably make her work for him like Jalter, he was not that type of person but when it comes to Alter servant it was better if he had eyes on them, it was fun and right now he was ready to use a lot of overload spells on her, even some from the world that time I got reincarnated as a slime, or Ki from dragon ball, there was so many things Ritsuka could do even if kills Her, the spell Phoenix was more then enough to bring her back
Ritsuka just looked at and spoke. "If you can't gess don't need lest fight, why not one god to another"
Artoria looked at him with cold narrow eyes. "Your a weird one"
Artoria Lancer Alter's eyes narrowed further as she took a step closer, her spear still held defensively. "One god to another, you say? And just who do you think you are?"
Ritsuka grinned, his dragon wings flexing slightly behind him. "Just a traveller passing through, looking for a little excitement. Besides, I've faced far worse than a mere storm king."
Artoria snorted, her eyes flickering over his form. "You don't seem like just any mortal. Fine, if you're looking for a fight, you've got one." She lowered her stance, her spear ready to strike. "But don't think I'll go easy on you."
Ritsuka chuckled, his wings folding back into his body. "Fair enough. But remember, I'm not here to kill you. We can make a deal, work together, or—if you insist—go our separate ways."
Artoria's expression softened just a fraction, the hard edge in her eyes wavered. "A deal? Why should I trust you?"
Ritsuka shrugged, his hands raised in a non-threatening gesture. "You don't have to. Just offering an alternative to all-out war. You've been summoned by Goetia, right? There's no need for you to fight against your will."
Artoria's gaze lingered on Ritsuka's face, studying him as if trying to gauge his sincerity. "And what do you want in return?"
Ritsuka hesitated for a moment, then decided to be straightforward. "Protection. I have a few enemies out there who might take advantage of your situation. If you work with me, I can help you stay safe and figure out a way to break free from Goetia's control."
Artoria's grip on her spear tightened, but she didn't immediately refuse. "You want me to be your ally?"
Ritsuka nodded. "Think of it as a temporary truce. Once we deal with the immediate threats here, we can part ways, no harm done."
Artoria considered his offer, her eyes scanning the ruined city around them. After a long pause, she finally spoke, her voice lower, almost contemplative. "Very well. But if you betray me or Goetia tries to manipulate me through you, I'll kill you myself."
Ritsuka raised his hand in a mock salute. "Fair enough. Let's take care of these problems together, then."
With that, the two of them moved towards the source of the dark energy that had drawn them here. Ritsuka couldn't help but feel a flicker of amusement. Despite the tension, there was something strangely familiar about the way Artoria Lancer Alter seemed to accept his terms. Perhaps it was just another quirk of fate, or maybe it was the bond between gods that made such alliances easier.
As they stepped into the fray, Ritsuka couldn't shake the feeling that this unexpected partnership might just turn out to be the key to surviving the tumultuous events of this singularity. The journey ahead was uncertain, but with a Lancer by his side, Ritsuka knew they were more than capable of facing whatever dark forces awaited them.
The mist thickened as they moved further into the heart of the battlefield. Ritsuka, flanked by Artoria Lancer Alter, could feel the oppressive energy growing stronger. The air was thick with the feeling of something ancient and malevolent—Goetia's presence still lingered here, manipulating the world itself.
"Do you sense that?" Ritsuka asked, his voice low as he scanned the surroundings.
Artoria nodded, her gaze locked onto the distance where the energy seemed to converge. "It's faint, but it's there. Something... ancient, twisted. We're walking straight into a trap, I can feel it."
Ritsuka grinned. "Sounds like fun." He wasn't fazed by the danger. In fact, it only excited him more. If anything, it was another test of his abilities and those of the allies around him. This would be an opportunity to prove just how far he'd come.
They continued forward, cautiously at first, but it wasn't long before the ground beneath their feet began to shake violently, the energy surging around them. Ritsuka's eyes narrowed, and before he could react, a large figure emerged from the mist.
It was a colossal, shadowy being, its form vaguely humanoid, with glowing red eyes that pierced through the mist. Ritsuka could tell immediately—it wasn't a Servant, but rather some kind of demonic entity, one created or summoned by Goetia to guard this area.
"Looks like our warm-up just arrived," Ritsuka said with a smirk, his voice full of confidence. "Artoria, you might want to take a step back. Let me handle this one."
Artoria's eyes flashed with a mixture of amusement and challenge. "I can fight just fine on my own, but if you insist," she said, stepping back slightly to give Ritsuka room.
Ritsuka closed his eyes for a moment, his hands raised to the sky. The power within him began to swell, the energy of the Dragon God coursing through his veins. He could feel the heat rising inside him, the power ready to explode. With a sharp gesture, he slammed his hands together, summoning a massive wave of golden energy that erupted from his body.
"Phoenix Wrath."
The massive wave of energy collided with the shadowy figure, tearing through the mist and sending shockwaves through the surrounding area. The creature let out a deafening roar, its form disintegrating into the air, vanishing like smoke in the wind. Ritsuka exhaled sharply, his energy still crackling in the air around him.
He turned to Artoria, who had watched the whole display with a raised eyebrow. "Not bad," she commented, clearly impressed despite herself.
Ritsuka chuckled. "You're not bad either. That was just a warm-up, though."
Before Artoria could respond, another figure appeared from the mist—this time, smaller, but much faster. Ritsuka didn't need to think twice. He raised his hand and with a flick of his wrist, Blaze Serpent was cast, the fiery serpent that coiled through the air and struck down the second opponent with surgical precision.
"Are you always this quick to finish fights?" Artoria asked, her tone tinged with admiration.
Ritsuka shrugged nonchalantly. "Efficiency is key. But don't worry, there's plenty more where that came from." He stepped forward, his senses alert as he felt more and more of the dark energy gathering in the distance.
"Let's keep moving," Ritsuka said, already on the move again. Artoria followed without question, her expression unreadable as she observed him.
As they ventured deeper, the energy around them only grew more intense. The mist began to clear, revealing an ancient, decaying castle in the distance—an ominous silhouette in the eerie light.
Ritsuka stopped, his eyes narrowing as he looked toward the castle. "That's our destination. Goetia's likely waiting for us there."
"Then let's not keep him waiting," Artoria replied, her voice cold with resolve.
As they neared the castle, the atmosphere grew heavy, and the ground began to tremble once again. Shadows began to take shape, flickering with unnatural light. Servants. But these weren't just any Servants—they were corrupted, twisted by Goetia's influence, and far more dangerous than the average heroic spirit.
"Get ready," Ritsuka said, his voice sharp. "These ones won't go down as easily."
The first wave of corrupted Servants charged at them with speed and ferocity, but Ritsuka was already preparing his next move. He snapped his fingers, summoning a massive shield of pure light. The corrupted Servants crashed against it, their weapons clanging loudly off the shield's surface.
"Nice try," Ritsuka muttered, before raising his hand again. "Solar Barrage."
A barrage of radiant, searing beams shot out from his palm, each one piercing through the corrupted Servants with precision. One by one, they fell, their bodies disintegrating into ash before they could even react.
Artoria, not to be outdone, charged forward with her spear, cleaving through another group of Servants with ease. Her eyes were sharp, focused entirely on the fight. With every strike, her spear hummed with power, cutting down anything that came close.
Ritsuka watched her for a moment, a wry smile tugging at the corner of his lips. "I think we make a good team," he said, watching the last of the corrupted Servants fall.
Artoria gave him a curt nod, wiping the blood from her spear. "We've still got a long way to go. Goetia won't make this easy."
Ritsuka's grin widened. "I didn't expect him to."
The final stretch to the castle was silent, the only sound the crunching of their footsteps against the decaying earth. As they reached the entrance, Ritsuka could feel the intense, almost suffocating presence of Goetia awaiting them inside.
He turned to Artoria, giving her a knowing glance. "Ready for the real fight?"
Artoria met his gaze, her yellow eyes glowing with determination. "Let's end this."
With that, they stepped into the darkness, ready to face whatever awaited them inside the castle, knowing full well that they were only just beginning to unravel the chaos Goetia had set in motion.
Ritsuka looked at Artoria with tooth grinn. "Your much more nice then the other alter, probably because Goetia is dead".
She stopped and looked at him taken a back by both words. "Goetia is dead, then who is running this Singularty".
Ritsuka just srugged. "Probably one of his demon gods, personally I don't care who it is they are ants to me".
Artoria just looked at and spoke. "Aren't you being cocky".
Ritsuka laughed. "I faced much worst".
Ritsuka then remeber a particular gods, that scared him in his early days and he will never ever think of HP Lovecraft works as fictional ever again, why the system at sent to him of all people he will never now
Ritsuka looked at him. "Anyway enough of me, what about you, aren't Alter servant supposed to Curropted, you seem more emotional and nice".
Artoria paused, her expression shifting slightly as she considered his words. The question hung in the air, and for a moment, she seemed almost... human. Her stoic, armored figure stood still, her eyes never leaving Ritsuka's as she processed what he had just said.
"I am different," she said slowly, her voice colder than usual but still carrying an edge of vulnerability. "Not all Alter Servants are simply vessels of hatred or corruption. Some... some of us still retain the essence of who we once were."
Ritsuka tilted his head, clearly intrigued. "So you're saying you're not just some mindless tool of destruction?"
She glanced away, her golden eyes briefly softening. "No. Despite what the others may think or what my previous self may have become, I still have control. Perhaps it's because I wasn't summoned by Goetia, or perhaps it's because of something in my core... a remnant of the King of Knights, the one who was once a protector."
Ritsuka smiled, a small, almost teasing grin. "You know, I find it refreshing. You could teach a few others a lesson on self-control. Most Alter Servants I've met have been more… chaotic."
Artoria met his gaze again, this time with a faint flicker of something more personal in her eyes. "I suppose that's true. But tell me this, Ritsuka Fujimaru—what do you think of Goetia's death? You speak so casually about it, like it was just another event in a long list of victories."
Ritsuka's smile faltered for just a second as he recalled the weight of what he had seen and done. The battles, the losses, the countless worlds torn apart by the hands of beings like Goetia. But he quickly regained his composure, his tone confident and unwavering. "It wasn't easy, but it had to be done. A necessary step, you know? Goetia's kind will keep coming back, but we have the tools to deal with them. I'm not worried about the future, not as long as I've got my team and the power at my disposal."
Artoria's gaze softened again, and she nodded. "It seems you have more faith in yourself than I would have expected from someone in your position."
Ritsuka chuckled lightly. "I've had to. No one else was going to do it, right? But enough about me—" He paused, letting his grin return. "I'm more curious about you, Artoria. You seem different from the others. If you're not a mindless killing machine, what drives you? What makes you fight?"
Artoria took a moment before responding, the weight of her words evident in her calm demeanor. "I fight for the ideals I once upheld. For the people I swore to protect. I may have become twisted by the Alter's influence, but there's still a part of me that longs to be the King of Knights once more. To fight for something greater than myself."
Ritsuka nodded, his tone becoming more thoughtful. "I get that. We all have our reasons for fighting, don't we?"
There was a brief silence as the two stood in the shadow of the castle, the battle ahead growing closer with each passing moment. Despite their differences, there was a mutual understanding between them now—two warriors, both scarred by the battles they'd faced, but determined to continue onward.
"Let's make sure this next fight is one we won't forget," Ritsuka said, his voice resolute.
Artoria's lips curved into a small but approving smile. "Agreed. No more running from the fight."
Together, they moved toward the looming structure of the castle, the mist swirling ominously around them. Goetia's influence still clung to the world, but with each step they took, they were one step closer to unraveling his plans—and to facing whatever awaited them in the heart of this corrupted Singulariy.
