Yue Ning returned to the ward, feeling listless. The earlier encounter with the strange man was still on her mind.
Huo Feng noticed her strange expression, and a flicker of concern flashed across his face.
"What is wrong? Why do you have such an expression on your face?"
Yue Ning snapped out of her thoughts. She was silent for a while, deliberately if she should let him know about what she saw in the corridor.
Huo Feng's brows furrowed, seeing that she didn't give him an immediate reply.
"Is something bothering you?" He asked again.
"Yes," she admitted.
"What's the matter?"
Yue Ning exhaled and told him everything she saw.
After she was done, a dark look appeared in his eyes spelling danger.
"I am quite afraid. Perhaps, you should ask your men to guard grandmother's ward. I might be paranoid, but it's better to be safe than sorry."
Huo Feng nodded, agreeing with her.
