William's frown didn't ease. And when Morgan saw him like that, he couldn't help but ask, "What is it, William? You have been frowning like that since last evening."

"But what?" Mogan asked again, closing the book he was reading and setting it aside on the table.
"There is something, sir, that I am failing to understand." Even though he felt a little hesitant, he said it the right way.
Morgan looked at him as if contemplating and nodding, he said, "Ask it then. Who has stopped you?"
William thought for a moment and then slowly asked, "Sir, when young Sir married his wife, you said you had seen it coming. You even looked happy when Jones called you and gave you the news. But are you really happy?"
"Why do you ask that?" Morgan arched his brows in amusement.
