With a nervous heart, Qi Siyu dialed Li Yuan's number.
The phone rang for more than twenty seconds before it was answered.
On the other end, the background was a bit noisy. It sounded like Li Yuan was in the middle of a conversation.
"Hello, Mrs. Qi. What's up?"
Qi Siyu asked gently, "Li Yuan, are you free tonight? Jingjing and I are making some dishes at our place and wanted to invite you over for dinner."
