Zhou Li quickly opened the window.
Hong Ran smiled faintly, stepped back slightly, then leaned forward and flew in through the window, landing steadily.
"You're back so early!" Zhou Li exclaimed.
"It's only because I was worried about you."
"I'm fine. You shouldn't have rushed back; you had important things to do." Zhou Li was worried he might have caused Hong Ran trouble.
"It's all just annoying stuff." Hong Ran twirled the short staff in her hand as she walked into the living room, glancing around. "You've made this little house quite cozy, huh."
"I think so too."
"I heard Lin Zhong caused you a lot of trouble. Were you injured?"
"Shh~~"
Zhou Li made a hushing gesture before continuing, "No injuries, and it's all resolved now. But I made you worry."
"Your little girlfriend?" Hong Ran turned to look towards his bedroom.
"No."
