Morgan even had that kid Schulman follow him to blend in.
There was only one reason why headquarters didn't take back Schulman, which was that they had no knowledge of the special item Schulman had.
Even Morgan didn't know.
Not knowing meant Sweet had never revealed anything about Schulman.
He was an absolutely kind and brave child.
So, ensuring Sweet's survival became the top priority.
This matter had to be handled by Robbin.
