White clouds floated in the void, leisurely and serene.
From a distance, there were at least a dozen floating clouds, each spanning dozens of feet, upon which houses were built, constructed from the clouds themselves, simple and unadorned, yet full of vitality.
On one of these clouds, children could be seen running about, stepping on the clouds and chasing each other. The clouds were irregular, undulated like little hills, rising one or two meters.
A few children started playing hide and seek, shouting excitedly, then diving headfirst into the clouds, embracing them to cover themselves, hiding within the cloud layers.
A little boy, as exquisite as carved jade, hopped around in the clouds, reached into the white clouds, and soon pulled several children out.
"Xiaohei, you're so good, I hid so well, yet you still found me."
"Next time, I'll hide deeper."
The found children giggled, sitting on the clouds, swinging their little feet, chattering away.
