The production of Magic Stones is extremely limited; only in places bordering the Star Realm might one find veins of Magic Stone. The brilliance of the Divine is too dazzling, even overshadowing the Star Realm. This leads to the scarcity of Magic Stones. Some Witchcraft Traps, alchemical spells, and even the operation of the Wizard Tower all rely on Magic Stones.
Over time, the purchasing power of Magic Stones continued to rise. A few Magic Stones could buy a Zero-Circle Magic, and a dozen or so could purchase a Demonized Item. One hundred... could buy a complete witchcraft heritage!
In fact, not just Magic Stones, but all sorts of Magic Materials and Demonized Items were very rare and expensive. Otherwise, even a half-baked Alchemist like Carl wouldn't have been able to rely on Magic Materials from the Otherworld to become a "renowned" Alchemist.
