Xue Yang arrived in the classroom one minute before class began. Just as he sat down, Gong Lee arrived in her high heels. Before entering, she made sure to glance at Xue Yang's seat. Seeing that he was there, she walked to the podium, opened the class roster, and began calling names.
Xue Yang had run a bit too fast and was still out of breath, panting as he lay sprawled on his desk.

Cai Keke sat behind Xue Yang. Watching him sprawled on the desk, she wanted to talk to him, but class had already started, so she didn't dare. She decided to find him after class instead.
