Zhao Dong furrowed his brow but entered anyway. Wang Han immediately turned to look at him, and as their eyes met, a complex emotion flashed across her face.
"What is it?" Zhao Dong asked coolly.
Wang Han bit her lip, glanced at him, then lowered her head, seemingly unsure how to speak to him.
Just then, Wang Han's mother, Li Mujing, forced an awkward smile. "Xiao Dong, it's nothing important. We just came over for a visit."
Zhao Dong scanned the room, noticing some health supplements that the Wang family had likely brought. He had a poor impression of Li Mujing and chose to ignore her, turning instead to smile at Wang Jianguo. "Uncle Wang, why are you standing outside? Come in and have a seat."
