All of this felt like a dream. Neither Shen Fanyun nor Lin Meiqing could shake the sense of unreality. From their initial meeting to getting to know each other, and now to sharing a bed, only a few short days had passed. Wasn't everything moving too fast?
Finally satisfied, Lin Meiqing rested her head on Shen Fanyun's chest, her index finger idly tracing patterns on his skin. "I'm so tired."

However, her complexion was surprisingly flushed, like a flower that had long thirsted for sweet dew and had finally been nourished.
"Are you still going to work today?" Shen Fanyun asked.
Lin Meiqing pouted. "Work my ass. I'm so weak right now I can hardly stand. How am I supposed to work?" she cooed, lifting her thigh and laying it across Shen Fanyun's abdomen. "Massage it for me. And I'm so hungry."
