When ordinary people break through to the Heavenly God Realm, they ignite that small flame in their hearts, and then the Divine Fire attracts the descent of the Law, making the thin threads of the Power of Laws extremely easy to absorb. Thus, it stabilizes within the body, transforming the mortal frame, achieving the stature of a Heavenly God. From here on, it is about expanding this stable thread of Power of Laws within, and its strength represents the realm and power of the Heavenly God.
For Law Heavenly Gods, the Power of Laws is divided into three levels, corresponding exactly to the three levels of Heaven, Earth, and Mortal. The highest Heavenly Realm God Lords have essentially expanded the Power of Laws to such a near-perfect degree, which is to say they almost fully grasp the laws, but still fall slightly short. When facing opponents who utilize the same laws, the depth of comprehension in the laws nearly determines the outcome of the battle.
