It was Qin Mei's first day after surgery. Huang Li and Mother Qin both stayed to take care of her, while Wang Fong and Qin Sheng eagerly followed Zhou Shanping out to see him off as he left. Afterwards, the couple discussed things and Wang Fong returned to the ward.
Seeing her come in, Mother Qin let out a sigh of relief and whispered, "Fong, go back and rest. I'll take care of your sister tonight, and you can come tomorrow night."
Wang Fong was tempted, but remembering what Qin Sheng had said, she didn't dare leave. She then said, "Mom, you have to work tomorrow, can you handle staying up all night?"
"I can, my health is still good. Staying up for a night or two is no big deal," Mother Qin reassured her with a smile.
Wang Fong readily agreed, "Mom cares so much for big sister, I guess you wouldn't be able to sleep even if you went back, so I'll leave it to you then. I'll come over early tomorrow to take over."
