Gaoliang County, Shuanghe Village.
When they reached the entrance of the village, Jiang Wanru didn't want the car to go any further inside.
"Let's get out here. I want to see the place where Yuyu grew up!" Jiang Wanru stood at the village entrance, looking at the three characters of 'Shuanghe Village.' Her heart felt so close to it all, and as she gazed at the surrounding mountains and greenery, every blade of grass and every tree filled her eyes.
"I heard from Nianhua that you just follow the road into the village, and that two-story house with whitewashed walls by the roadside is her home." Su Xi took a deep breath. The air in the village was especially fresh.
Although there were mountains in Beining too, they were all low hills and very different from the mountains here. These lush green forests were truly pleasing to the eye.
