Fang Yue looked at the calendar, figuring that Mingzhu was about to give birth, so she should talk to Xu Nianhua and ask her to stay at the house for a while. If Mingzhu went into labor, having Xu Nianhua nearby would guarantee everything went smoothly.
Mingzhu really is something. With her belly that big, she's still rushing around, driving who knows where. Doesn't she realize her situation is special now?
"Ring."
Fang Yue was deep in thought when a shrill ring startled her. She muttered, Could it be Mingzhu isn't coming home for dinner?
When she answered Jiang Jing's call from the hospital, Fang Yue got a scare. Hearing that Gu Mingzhu's water had broken and she was about to deliver, but not in immediate danger, Fang Yue sighed in relief and said she'd come right away. But the next moment, Fang Yue added, "Xiaojing, stay at the hospital with Mingzhu. If anything happens, you must keep Mingzhu safe."
