"Nian'an, little sister, there's an extra room here. If I tidy it up, I can live in it." Xu Nianji spoke. The room for making bean sprouts was originally a storage room. With a bit of fixing, it could be lived in. There were three rooms: Xu Nianhua and Xu Nian'an each had one, and there was another room beside the storage. The room was a little small, but it was enough.
"No way." Xu Nian'an instinctively objected, "We're going to college and leaving two good rooms empty, while you all use the room next to the storage? That's just such a waste."
"Exactly, big brother. The storage side is for making bean sprouts. Let's not even talk about the smell, and since you have to water it with well water a lot, it's damp too. You can manage for a while, but sister-in-law is pregnant, how can she stay there?"
Xu Nianhua voiced her disagreement.
Ji Ying chimed in as well, and in the end, they decided to pack up Xu Nian'an's things and let Xu Nianji and Zhou He, the couple, live there.
