He Xin stormed into the Vice Dean's office, puffed up with anger, and knocked on the door.
"Come in!"
Vice Dean He Changzhu was handling several cases at his desk, difficult ones, some of which were challenging to manage.
He looked up and saw his niece's face stretched unnaturally long, storming inside, then flopping unceremoniously onto the sofa like a victim of bullying.
Surprised, he put down his pen and adjusted his glasses on the bridge of his nose. "Oh? Who's been bothering our little Xin?"
Today was He Xin's first day reporting for her internship! It shouldn't be likely someone would deliberately make things difficult for her. After all, many of the doctors at the hospital knew He Xin, and considering she was his niece, it seemed improbable anyone would give her a hard time.
He Xin gulped down a large cup of room-temperature water before finally recounting what had happened.
Upon hearing this, He Changzhu couldn't help but laugh.
