When Xia Lu woke up in the morning, she felt her head was not as heavy as it was yesterday. She touched her forehead, sensed that the fever had subsided, and got out of bed to go downstairs. Aunt Zhang was setting the dining table and, upon seeing her, immediately expressed concern, "Madam, how are you feeling? Do you feel better after a night's sleep?"
Xia Lu nodded, "I'm fine now."
She walked to the table, picked up a spoon, and gently stirred the porridge in front of her, "Is this spinach chicken porridge?"
"Yes, I was worried you wouldn't have an appetite, so I made this porridge for you. It's nutritious, healthy, and not greasy. Try it."
