"Is there any problem with this?" Xia Lu blinked her big eyes, looking at him innocently.
Zhou Mingchen held the phone up to her face. "Look at it more closely."
Xia Lu reached out to take the phone and tapped it, prompting the password input keys to appear. Zhou Mingchen hadn't realized she'd effortlessly cracked his password; of course, she wasn't about to reveal it voluntarily now. She turned her head to him, "What do you mean? I don't quite understand."
Zhou Mingchen likely hadn't expected her to still be playing dumb.
"This phone was lost earlier, and suddenly appeared on my bedside table this morning. Don't you think that's a bit odd?"
"Lost... oh." Xia Lu seemed to have a sudden realization, "Right, Zhang Ma said you were looking for that phone for a long time that day. I thought she was just saying it casually, and that you'd eventually found it. You didn't?"
