Dylan held a bag of newly purchased medicines in one hand, and his phone in the other, watching the interview Brooke had, regarding Aaron's assault. He had seen it earlier, but just in fragments online, and him, just like anyone else was stunned to find out the connection between Brooke and Ethan.
Had she known about his sister?
Could she be trusted?
His heart sunk at the thought.
"But then, who was that man she was with-"
"I'm glad I caught you!"
Dylan raised his head, only to see Axel standing at the apex of the stairs, his hands rested on his hips.
A frown painted his face. "You don't know when to give up, do you?" he stopped, "I'm not going to work with you, and I hope this will be the last time you come in contact with me."
Axel descended the steps, and reached for his bags of medicine. Taking both off his hands, he gestured him to walk with him.
Dylan sighed, giving in.
