Cassie pulled out a bloodied knife and aimed at at Brooke's neck, however, before the knife could connect she felt a sharp pain in her stomach and rested a hand over it.
"Ah!" Her eyes went round in pain, as her grip on the knife weakned.
Brooke sharply took advantage of the situation and ripped the knife out of her hand! She grabbed the knife and walked past Cassie towards the exit. She slightly opened the door, but was held back by the sound of Cassie dropping to the floor.
She sharply turned around to see Cassie on the bathroom floor, blood spilling out of her mouth.
She went over to her, each step she took feeling heavier, than the last. "Cassie!" she cried out, standing over Cassie's body, her balance shifting, as though she would fall over.
*Flash*
In the blink of a second, the flash from a phone pulled Brooke out of her daze. She traced her vision to the source of the sound, only to see Serena standing by the entrance, her phone in hand.
